I have done lots of axle "flips", but I have always welded the spring seats on the axles. Never had any issues with tracking or alignment. They is to make sure the new spring seat is square with the original seat.

Welcome to the forum. As far as info, your dealer "should" be up to date, if memory serves me, new models are usually unveiled to the dealers in early September, but a call to KZ might pry some info loose.

Gel Gloss works well for that as well. And you can use it on your shower to keep it clean and shiny.

There is two red pex that appear to be overflow lines both are just down from the low point drains. The only way I'm going to know is fill it up. How many of you use a water pressure regulator. I looked online and TSC has a brass non-adjustable Camco in stock. I will give it a try see what happens. Spend the extra money and get an adjustable regulator. The un-adjustable ones are known to fail, or otherwise not properly control pressure. Yes, I started with one of those, but recycled it when I got the adjustable one. Lyle X2. I tried the non adjustable ones and all they did was restrict flow.

I completely agree, what's wrong with switches? This fascination with touch screens is beyond dumb. If I were going to replace my 5th wheel today, the need to open an app or boot up a touch screen to turn a light one would make me look elsewhere.

Typically the overflows are PEX, mine are red, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some blue ones. If there isn't a valve on the end of the tube, its a safe bet it's a vent or an overflow.

Here is a link to the Lippert site and all the technical info you might need: link You will have to figure out exactly what slide system you have (2", 2.5"), other than than, it's pretty straightforward.

X2 What Edd505 said. You should probably also blame your dealer for not even trying to get the debris out of duct work. A good detailing is part of the PDI.

With a new battery, the variable of the battery is eliminated, so let's assume the converter and coach electrical is OK. Here are what I would consider the key questions to ask. We know the refrigerator has voltage, what is the voltage? When the refrigerator is switched on, does the compressor start? If so, what is the amp draw? Is that within spec? (assuming the manufacturer lists that specification). What is the voltage when the compressor starts? With all this info, along with being there (listening and touching components) a tech should be able to explain what the issue is, and most important if it can be fixed.

I've seen a couple reports of people saying they had their TT or FW scorched by the rocket exhaust from a regen on a diesel. Any truth to this? I sure as hell don't want to fry the skin on my FW if I don't have to. Banks claims their Monster Exhaust, with more of a side delivery, prevents this. Just looking for real-work experience if it's even something to worry about. TIA, Lyle I have not heard of any problem with melting the panels just leaving soot marks. What I have noticed is that on General Motors Diesel HD trucks with factory exhaust they position the exhaust tail pipe so that the exhaust is directed directly at the lower right front corner of the 5th wheel. Go through the campground and look and you can tell who owns the GM trucks. Ram and Ford diesels with factory exhaust do not seem to have this problem with tail pipe placement. The other thing I have noticed is that on Ram gas engines with dual tailpipes is that they come straight out the back and make for an echo chamber effect when hauling a 5th wheel making the exhaust seen louder than it actually is. Just my observations. I met some folks at a CG in WY, the lower RT FT corner of their coach was melted / damaged. I asked them what happened. Well, they had a GM truck, that's what happened. Apparently GM didn't think anyone would tow a 5th wheel with a Diesel..

If they are the typical round chrome legs with the tapered ends, yep you will probably need a mallet to lightly tap them from side to side, you want to get them wiggling back and forth, then you can pull them out of their holders.

I use the red Anderson buckets and don't notice a lot of movement, what I have found is you have to relevel as the ground compresses.

While I haven't had experience with your specific unit, I can offer some generic advice. Based on where you found the mold, I would start with the bedroom (bed) slide room molding(s), next would be BR the entry door, and of course all the roof penetrations. Look for any gaps, no matter how small. Water is very sneaky, many times it travels from its entry point before it becomes apparent, so don't be surprised if I am all wrong and the cause of the leak somewhere a ways away.

Aside from engine changes, the biggest difference is '22 has 10 spd trans, '15 had 6 spd trans. With my'20 I have seen 20+ MPG bobtailing on the freeway, 18 running around town, my '17 gave me about 2-3 MPG less. When towing with the '20 I have picked up about 2 MPG (10 VS-12).
