I pull a 30TH and use cruise control all the time. You do have to pay close attention to the road and upcoming traffic, but I have never had an issue. With my truck and the exhaust brake, it actually reacts better than I do with grade changes.
Time and place for it, but great for open road.
Just my $.02

How about screwing two small hooks into the wall, near the ceiling, then hang a curtain with two eyelets on the ends?
If you want more tension on it, feed a bungee cord thru the curtain.

Planning on doing this mod in spring. From what I read, easy swap with same color wires.

I encourage people to look at toy haulers, even if they don't have a toy. Having that garage is great for hauling all you crap

I bought a nice fold up step ladder at Walmart, works well. When not in use, it folds up flat and I have it strapped to the side wall by the back door.

My thought would be The camper weight on the wheels should be fine. As long as you dont overload the axle. But putting them on blocks or a wood plank. Will help reduce flat spots. From sitting on same spot for long periods of time. This is especially true if you are running bias ply tires.

Looks great but that's a lot to pay for not having to use key. Coming home in the dark? We leave the out side light on. There are times where the wife shows up at a later time, and if I am not at camp, she can still get in. Nice luxury to have, IMO. Jim

So, I had a bonehead moment, but I am hoping this thread prevents someone else from doing the same . I have a 30TH and when the slide out is in, it is only 6" away from my cabinets. I recently opened the cabinet door to get the TV remote out and forgot to close it. Not realizing the cabinet door was still open, I proceeded to open the slide out and crunch!!!! Luckily the slide out motor is stronger than the hinges on the door . Unfortunately, the first door, took out the second door. 4 new hinges and good to go.

The wedge wheel chocks won't stop the trailer from rocking unless you force them in tight.
The X Chocks stop the rocking

The x-chocks I use on my triple axle have biting edges angled toward the tires. They aren't going anywhere! They don't have to be so tight that you start pushing the axles apart either. I use one on each side and never have to worry about them slipping out. I usually hit the pin with decent force to make sure the hitch is locked and I have had no issues. I set up several times a year in varying terrain. Go with the x-chocks. Don't buy the cheapos either. Get the real deal. The off brand have moveable feet that have no grip at all.and they area pain to adjust. X-chock has a rachet wrench. Smooth as silk. X2

Thought about doing this too. Was going to splice into the existing wires, but add a switch to the side of the trailer. Still have to turn the main switch on to use the new strip, but better than having to run new wires.

I'm glad to hear some of you are happy with your MXT20! We are happy with the design and layout but our experience hasn't been very positive. We purchased our 2015 in May 2015 and since have found problems with the roof, KZ refuses to do anything until it completely fails. A water issue under a window that seems to be a design flaw, dealer blamed it on me! The spare tire, carrier and all, fell off! I haven't talked to anyone yet. The floor in the front of the trailer where I haul my scooter has become soft and noisy. The dealer told me this was "normal" due to the floor being wood. The front bed framework pulled apart from bad workmanship! I rebuilt it with proper support and fasteners. There are almost a dozen small issues from leaky plumbing to loose trim that I have taken care of myself. This will probably be the first and last KZ product I buy or recommend! Check out other forums!! This is an industry wide problem, even with the $65k trailers. They will all have issues, buy from a dealer that will service you well and correct them.
