Installed in less than an hour, works great. Nice not having to keep the keys with you at all times.
Highly recommended !!!

Bouncing like that usually means too much tongue weight. Try moving some of your gear to the back, or going another link on the chains. You might have to adjust the height of the ball, after finding the correct tongue weight to level the trailer back out. The back of the truck should be 1-2" lower than normal ride height after hooking up.
Might want to also consider upgrading to anti-sway bars instead of just weight distribution???
A bouncy feeling is normally too much weight up front (too much tongue weight).
A swaying motion is usually when the load is too far back (not enough tongue weight)

I read on another forum that a power surge could be the culprit??? Do you have a surge protector in line?

I checked them out on line and as far as reservations go----it looks like there is not much available for this season so I think we will book for next year so we can get what we want instead of what is still left. They book up fast. We re-booked for May of 2016 while we were checking out!

I believe that you need to store your pictures in an account such as photo bucket then you can copy them from there to the forum. I have mine in photo bucket for a few years already and it is free with no catches other then emails from them trying to sell you prints. I had no problems posting pictures on this forum from photo bucket. Thanks. Most other forums allow you to attach / host on directly on the forum.

My freshwater tank would start dripping underneath before it was full. Turned out the breather line was not tightened properly on the tank. Could be a similar issue?

We were never there but it would only be a couple of hours trip to get there so after your trip, any opinion you have about the campground would be greatly appreciated. Something I always do before I go to a new place is to put their address into google earth and get a good look at the campground layout for spacing between sites and large trees for shade. Using google earth -you can usually pick out the nicest sites that you can ask for when making reservations. I did the same thing before booking my spots for June. It is very difficult to get reservations, they book up very fast. Last week we had sites in their Club Castaways section, which requires a keycard to get into. This section has their own bathhouse and pool. Gotta love the private beach with a tiki bar. There is also a dog beach and run area. Very dog friendly, however, there are breed restriction due to insurance.

Nope, told them we were going to share a central camp area. They were all very nice and accommodating.

We had a great weekend at Castaways. Sites are spacious, bathhouses are extremely clean, store, coffee shop, two pools, Tiki Bar and a new Pool Bar and adult jacuzzi going in. Nicest camp ground around. Highly recommended. Going back in a June, and already booked the same weekend for next year.

Good luck!!!! Ask away if you have any questions. Someone on here has most likely had the same issue.

Not quite sure what you are asking here? If you are asking if you should leave the gray and black water valves open while camping, my answer would be no.
I wait until the black tank is full to flush. That way there is more pressure moving things out, then I flush with the gray tank. When we are done camping, I flush the black, refill it and flush again, then dump the gray.
Hope this helps

If I am understanding correctly, the two bypass valves bypass the water hearted and the fresh water tank. This way your pump will draw the RV antifreeze out of the bottle when winterizing the unit.
The two valves underneath are the drains for the lower section of your plumbing. They need to be drained prior to winter too. You should also have a drain for the fresh water tank.
I drain the heater by taking the anode out.

Once hooked up, the trailer should be level to the ground, with the rear suspension of the tow vehicle sagging about and inch or two. This will give you the proper tongue weight.
If you are too low, your ride will be bouncy. If it is too high, you will feel a lot of swaying on hard braking. You need to find the sweet spot for smooth trailering.
