I'm new to this board and looking for advice. I purchased a slightly used 2012 MXT20. When I tried to use the shower it seemed to be leaking around hose and the housing that encases the faucets. I replaced the hose and plastic fitting, but still have leakage. I removed both small covers that allow access to the shower plumbing from inside rear of the trailer in back of the shower and tightened the hot and cold fittings. The opening is so small that I can't really see what's going on in there. I'm very frustrated since the previous owner told me they didn't have any problems with the shower. Anyone else have problems with their shower? Any ideas? Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the unit so far. Thanks.

I'll be getting ready to winterize it before too long now. Any feedback from others would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm glad to hear some of you are happy with your MXT20! We are happy with the design and layout but our experience hasn't been very positive. We purchased our 2015 in May 2015 and since have found problems with the roof, KZ refuses to do anything until it completely fails. A water issue under a window that seems to be a design flaw, dealer blamed it on me! The spare tire, carrier and all, fell off! I haven't talked to anyone yet. The floor in the front of the trailer where I haul my scooter has become soft and noisy. The dealer told me this was "normal" due to the floor being wood. The front bed framework pulled apart from bad workmanship! I rebuilt it with proper support and fasteners. There are almost a dozen small issues from leaky plumbing to loose trim that I have taken care of myself. This will probably be the first and last KZ product I buy or recommend!

A few minor issues, no problem, something new every time we go camping, problem! KZ blew me off, and my closest (not selling) dealer blew me off! I will be dealing with the selling dealer this winter after camping season ends as they are 6 hours away. I know someone will say "why did you buy from someone so far away", let me explain. Our closest dealer is 2 hours away. They told me it would be 10+ weeks to get a MXT20 that I would be purchasing sight unseen. The next closest dealer is 4 hours away. Their web site and sales man said they had both a 2015 and 2016 in stock. After a 4 hour drive only the 2016 was in stock an their price was way to high. The next closest dealer is where I purchased the 2015 at a reasonable price. I hope they can give me some satisfaction!

We bought a 2015 MXT20 crc210?. Every trip out was a problem. And usually several problems. In no particular order and I know I'll forget stuff.
Light in slide would blow fuse every time to was plugged in.
Brakes NEVER worked right.
Water pump would cavitate and not pump water.
Seperation between the front deck and the body of the trailer?
Break away switch melted and shocked me.
Would not charge on 12 volt
Propane detector went off all the time even when batteries were charged
Several if the interior wall panels would pop off in travel
Pantry wall was not reinforced so all the shelves fell and food went everywhere
Toilet leaked
Fire extinguisher pulled panel it was attached to off the wall because they did not screw it into studs
Screw ran through wire for hot water heater
After countless trips to the dealer to have things fixed we finally contacted KZ and a conference call wall made. We ended up getting rid of this unit since the dealer and KZ bent over backwards to take care if us we ended up with a Vision.
I know I'm forgetting some stuff that went wrong.

Bought a new 2015 MXT 20 in 7/2015. First trip out Murphy bed fell apart. 12 items wrong with the new trailer. Back to dealer on 8/20. Still have not fixed the Murphy bed. Poor workmanship and quality control at the plant. Not real happy with the dealer. I am worried in 2 yrs. what will be left of the trailer.

My Murphy bed on my 2015 MXT20 fell apart the first trip. Still in the shop since 8/20 and not fixed I had to rebuild the Murphy bed on ours. The framework that makes the wall pulled apart after a few nights. I found missing spacer blocks, screws that missed the wall framing and vinyl wrapped cardboard trim used as a spacer. After a few hours work and a few trips to the hardware store the bed will support the weight of two people.

Well I'm having an issue with mine leaking water through the ceiling cable. So, I caulked everything on the roof and it still leaks. Nice that it drips into a pot in the cupboard...little to no damage. Any thoughts #328...

That won't do me any good, since I am trading in my trailer this week. I'll have to show you my new digs when I see you at the track. Stayed with the K-Z family and went with a Livin Lite 8.5x26FBR. Of course I added an Onan 5500, so I will need to sell my generators. Added an extra TV and a satellite system. Did all this because of my new job. I will be working in Houston during the week and coming home on the weekends, so the other trailer would be too small given that I will be in it about 50% of the time.
