Due to this thread, today I took the portable pad out of the docking port. I turned it on and using the "MyRv Control Panel" opened the awnings. I was only unplugged for maybe 10 minutes when the low battery warning came on. I plugged the pad into my cell phone charger in the house and the pad showed it was charging.
After about a half hour the pad battery was at 68%. I unplugged it and 10 min later the low battery warning came back on.
I then charged it to 100%. It took 14 minutes for the low battery warning to appear.
Charged it again to 100% and it only last 13.57 min. Before low battery warning came on.
Just seems the battery should last longer than 14 minutes. That was barley enough time to look at a single LCI instruction video and read part of a manual.
We have probably only taken the pad out of the docking port three times. I don't even remember the last time.
I will call Lippert tomorrow.

I have two panels / monitors in my 2016. One is a solid mounted "4 x 4" touch screen that can be used to open slides, awnings, lights, and monitor tank levels.
The other is an "Android pad in a bracket that allows pad to be removed and hand held. This one Shows The "My RV "App. From this pad I can control everything including auto level via WiFi.
Not sure from your post if one or both are not working. I've had problems with the Android Pad, mostly me. The solid mount monitor / panel always works.

I walked through a 371RLT a couple weekends ago. The patio deck looked to be made of the same materials as my 3311TQ Venoms ramp door. My ramp door is not designed to be left open in the rain.
I sure would get the manufacturers opinion.

Problems

I have friends with other brands of RV's. They all have issues from day one. A good local dealer would be best, but not always possible.
We have had issues. Most of the time it's minor and I fix it myself.
I've had a intermittent water leak from the back side of the water inlet/valve arrangement. Thought I had it repaired but it started leaking again this weekend.
Rear ramp door is bending at hinge line. Have a new door waiting at dealer. Appointment next week.
Kz has always been responsive to my calls maybe not right away, but always called or emailed me back within a few days.

Since most of the time we carry our motorcycles in the garage. We only carry about 5 gallons of fresh water in the tank. Just enough to flush and wash hands. All drinking and cooking water is bottled at home. The few times we have camped without water or power I just searched for somewhere close to destination to put some water in the tank.

I agree with the need for a voltmeter of some type. If you don't have one then I'd take the battery and have it load tested. Most auto parts stores could do this test for free. While I was there, I'd buy a multi meter. Doesn't have to be an expensive brand or model.
My understanding is if the battery is bad the 12 volt system' will not work properly even though the RV is plugged into 120 volt.

X2, upgrade the tires or just run them for little awhile then change them to a better quality tire. Goodyear, Maxxis, Sailun tires.
I wouldn't waste the money on a sealant that will not prevent the types of failures cheaper trailer tires experience. A poorly constructed tire is still poorly constructed no matter what you put inside of it. IMHO.

My Venom came with the factory installed camera. The camera only works when the running lights are powered up.
The monitor did not receive signal from camera very well with the rubber short antennas. I think the distance from the camera to monitor is to far. Most of the time it did not work at all. Monitor would say "no signal" even though I know the camera and monitor were linked.
I installed a base mount antenna on a bracket off the ladder and the signal is better but still very intermittent.

I've been using the "Rino" for several years and like it so far. No leaks at fittings. My old hose was the cam lock style. It was hard to get it to latch properly and twice it came apart on me. I don't remember the brand.

I talked to the dealer yesterday and the connections are for a roof mounted satellite. Again thanks for all the responses.
Due to the fact that rubber deteriorates over time I'm thinking about sealing over the entire cap and surrounding area with a roof sealant. If I ever needed to access the plugs the sealant could be removed.

Thank you for all the responses. Doubt I'll ever mount a satellite dish on the roof. I have a portable dish the works great. If a tree is in the way I can move the dish.

Thanks, if the dealer doesn't know what the Jack's are for, then I'll buy one of the testers. Heck, I'll probably buy one anyways.

Chuck, thanks wish we could maybe someday. I'm self employed and it's hard to get away.
Company has a really poor vacation plan, 😉

What kind of worry's me is that the rubber boots with the coax style Jack's are screwed to the roof. Then lap sealant was applied over the screws in a circle. This causes a bowl which fills with rain water. If the rubber snap cap deteriorates then a leak is sure to happen.
I can't climb up on the roof right now to take a picture. They are the same outlet type as the one on the side of RV for outside tv. Except the two on the roof have sealant all the way around the outside creating a bowl.
Everything is still playable and the caps still fit tight, so not an immediate problem just one the could occur.

Thanks, I figured someone might have already figured it out. I have to take it back to the dealer for a new rear ramp door, as suggested I'll ask them.
