Almost 4 years with the system and it occasionally lost zero or level, reset and its good. Last 3 or 4 times it has lost it so bad the nose goes to the ground and errors out. I know it has plenty of power with two new batteries a couple months ago, 13.6v reading on the panel & with V/O meter. Any one else have the issue or ideas?

So far so good Edd on are's. like yours we are pushing 4 years, but say such I more than likely put the kiss of
death on such
We have however had the LCD screen partly go bad in the storage compartment, still works but you have to use the lower part of the screen to change things, replacement from Dealer or LCI is $350.00, but when coming from LCI we have to pay shipping

Doing some internet reading and I think I may have a problem with the rear sensor, says to make sure its tight and connections are good.

Good to know there's another sensor Edd, please keep us informed. We had a glitch with ours at the start of our trip in July, but a battery disconnect reset got things back on track.

Edd so were would the rear sensor be Chuck It is supposed to be at the rear in the middle, I do not see it without pulling the coroplast and we are not home. W should be home later this month so I can use the creeper to scoot around, spoiled and do not want to craw around in the gravel.

Ok Edd, I don't blame you craw around on gravel, I pull ours up on the garage pavement when I need to get under it

I talked with LCI on where to locate the rear sensor, I speak English the tech, techeese? He had me do some really basic things, said rear sensor. Where is it? Behind the rear axle on the center attached to a cross member. OK back to searching. I opened every coroplast seam to peak up in side, found a bunch of extra wire left behind by the factory connected to nothing. Cut two places behind the axle and found it on the second cut. Mine was a few inches ahead of the spare tire, zip tied to a flat plate on the cross member. Pulled the connection which was tight, sprayed with contact cleaner and reconnected. Wala, it still does not work! Call LCI, closed for the weekend, stay tuned, maybe Monday.

Not sure anyone is following this but I found the issue and fixed it today. The leveling controller was not where or what I thought it was. Talking with LCI again the tech said sounds like the controller. I thought it was the one on the ceiling just inside the basement with lots of wires. Wrong. If you have the outside control panel follow those wire to it. Mine was above the small shelf toward the front in the basement, behind some small items that travel there. I found it hanging by the wires and two screws on the shelf, the screws had worked loose and enlarged the holes. I we able to remount it securely and we are back to auto level just like when it was new. I think all the issues I have had over the years were that controller shifting while traveling until it dropped and the entire system shut down. Reset zero and manually unleveled the 5W, and it went back to level.

I have been following and glad you found the issue. Sounds like I need to find my controller and make sure it's tight- before I have issue. Thanks for the follow up.

This was the unit that fell off the ceiling, tucked way up in the nose about on the center line, I didn't measure. Not sure why I had never seen it other than the things stored on that little shelf.

Ok, thanks for the pic, I think mine is like yours up front, above the shelf, hidden behind all the stuff up there. Probably a good idea to make sure mine is cinched down. When we were in Indiana we were camped next to a new owner who was having all sorts of issues with his ground control. Turned out the Mfg (Not KZ) had crossed left- right rear jack connections, which of course really confused the ground control brain.

Fortunately I have a large car port with cement slab. I open the slides and level, plug in the 30amp and done. If/when freezing predicted I winterize with air so all I need to do to get ready is fill the water system.

Was this done on the control board itself; i.e. literally soldering the wires to the wrong terminals? Or, did LCI simply mark the wires wrong and KZ, following the labels, plug them into the wrong jacks? Given LCI's rep, either doesn't surprise me. Lyle

I don't remember who made the coach. Nope, nothing at the board level where any solder work was needed. Each jack (corner) has its own plug that is supposed to be plugged into a matching spot on the control board. The connector marked RT RE was plugged into the LE RE spot & vice versa. All this took the owner with LCI's phone help pretty much all day to get this straightened out. I only got involved when the owner came over to see about borrowing a meter.

Helps to fully read a post. :-) G*d forbid that LCI would use slightly =different= connectors for each side to prevent this. Lyle
