Have you thought about buying one off the lot and adding things to it that you want/need?
I ordered mine in November (they said it was their slow time), and it took until February to get it.

I agree with lynnmor, I was thinking a crimped line somewhere. Does your pump kick on and off rapidly? You could look into an accumulator tank.

Is the pressure low even when running with your water pump?

Hi, welcome. In my experience, the exit windows do open. I believe they are designed to lock in the up position so you don't have to worry about holding it in an emergency. I've never opened one to that point. You should definitely learn how to open it because you don't want to have to stop to figure it out if there's an emergency.
If your screens are like mine, there are clips attached to the screen. Simply press the screen into place and you'll hear the clips snap in.

There are adjustments you can make for each slide. If it's under warranty, I'd let your dealer work it out. If out of warranty and you want to do it yourself, your unit manuals should give you instructions on how to adjust the slides.

A slide is all the way in when it sits almost even with the outside of the RV. Neither the top or bottom should be kicked out from the side. Generally, if everything is in working order, when the slide gets to full "in" position, you'll hear a clacking sound which are the gears spinning with nothing to do. Stop holding the switch at this point.
A slide is all the way out when the slide seals are pressed evenly against all of the inside walls. This keeps water, wind, etc. from getting into your camper. Similar to above, you'll hear the gears clacking when you reach full "out" position. Stop holding the switch at this point.
There are adjustments that can be made to any slide to make it fit better when open and closed. I'd have to refer you to your manual or a dealer to figure out those details.

Hi,
My 2013 Durango has 3 switches as well. One is for the main living room lights, one is for the hall light, and the other is for the yellow light over the outside door. Also, if you have awning lights installed, it could be for that as well?

Hi, welcome to the group! It's funny that it will take 90 days for repair, when they could probably build a brand new one in the same or less time.

Sounds like you've got a water leak and bare wires somewhere. Hope you're able to find it. Is your converter near the radio or do the antenna wires run close to it? I'm not aware of lightening surge protection in any camper I've owned. I've always had to buy my own surge protectors to plug into the post. I think maybe some of the high end brands build it into the system but I'll bet it might be difficult to change if something did happen. With the cost of the good protectors, think about buying the lock that goes with it to lessen risk of theft. Surge Protector at Camping World

Hi, does that shower head have a shut-off valve? We boondock some places where water is a premium.

If it were me, I'd take a ride to a dealer and try fitting it in myself.
