I am thinking Kinro is (surprise) part of LCI (Lippert). Here's a link to Lippert window sales: link

Yep, as we all guessed. Good that it was there to be found. In regard to the toilet, push the flush valve to get anti freeze into the valve. RV toilets don't have traps, so no worries there. I do dump some antifreeze down the toilet to get some in the B/W tank, just in case there is some water down there against the valve. (Yes I am being a bit paranoid)

Biggest item I could see with the 2017 would be if the dealer kept the unit sealed up, so check close for any signs of water intrusion. I say this because if the factory left any gaps, with the unit sitting idle, unused on the lot there is little chance a leak would be noticed. Also, depending on the dealer, make sure all of the accessories such as remote controls, sink stoppers, spare tire are all there and in the case of remotes- they work. Same thing holds true for any body damage, sometimes lot porters aren't all that careful. Make sure all the slides work smoothly. Another issue is you have tires that 2-3 years old, while they don't have any real mileage on them, they are still aging (drying out), so your replacement time will be shortened. After paying flooring for 2-3 years, this dealer should be very motivated to sell. One of our guys here put together a great PDI checklist, so a quick search should turn it up, as it gives you a good memory tool. Good Luck and happy hunting.

Here's what's under my 318, as you can see the drains are right next to each other. All it takes is for the guy slicing the underbelly material to not make to slice long enough. Now...why your dealer didn't notice this during the PDI is a whole 'nother kettle of fish.

Regardless of carpet or not, my wife, the queen of throw rugs would have throw rugs all over. Just like our stick and brick.

I have to say this isn't just a KZ problem. I don't think I ever got the right window the first time. Issue is too many people involved: Dealer parts guy tells MFG parts guy who tells order picker. None of which is really good at details... Lippert appears to sell direct: link

Yes, that will "kind of" drain the hot, and something you will want to do. But there will still be water in the hot side that needs to be drained. I have a 318 as well, and my low point drains are side by side, under the water control, with the tank drain further back. It's possible the factory didn't poke the hot side thru the underbelly, so you might have to do a bit of cutting & poking around to see exactly where the hot drain is.

As far as I am concerned, the DEF system is Ford's problem (at least to 100K), I like the HP. Besides all these late model trucks DEF or not are full of complications. You want trouble free? Get a mechanical motor.

Wow, I guess I don't D/L the new app on my current phone until I test it with an old phone I have lying around. So, here's a question for the more phone savvy: any way to save a back up copy of the "old" app and reload it?

I can see some stability improvement over the folding steps, but I wouldn't want them simply because I couldn't use them when my coach is at home, my RV space is narrow.

Welcome to the forum and the KZ world. Feel free to ask questions, no attitude or judgement here.
Hard lesson #1: Buy a top quality sewer hose. #2: Get a good water pressure regulator. #3: Buy top quality electrical adapters (50-30A,30-15A) because you never know what you are going to find. #4:(There will be discussion here) But...Replace the OEM China Bomb tires as soon as budget allows. I haven't had good luck with them, but others haven't had issues. Regularly inspect all caulked/ sealed joints- water leaks will ruin your coach quicker than anything. Most importantly-Enjoy your new coach, have fun.

I have the GoodYears on both my flat bed car hauler and Durango. Lots of miles between them, no issues, the FB gets more "abuse" (higher speed and off road recoveries) so I am really impressed with the Good years.

Welcome to the forum. These LP sensors have a lifespan, and since your's is 7 years old (+/-), it's probably at the end of its life. Time to buy a new detector.

Since it's a fairly small slide it may use a single motor / worm gear or it could be hydraulic. Good news is they seem to be pretty trouble free, unlike some others. Here is some slide info: Lippert slides

Yep, if a battery is that dry, I wouldn't trust it. What happens is the lead starts falling off the grids /plates and collects in the bottom of the battery, eventually it can cause shorts between the grids. All of this can "confuse" the converter and cause erratic voltage, as the battery also acts as a buffer for the 12V electrical system.

Welcome to KZ and the forum. Lynnmor and Chuck said most all of it. Only thing I would add is having the propane system leak checked. Due to need for a specialized gauge (a manometer) and some training you should probably have a local RV dealer or propane supplier do this check.

Could just be bad luck, not a great answer, but it happens. Next WAG is voltage related, but you should be having issues with other items, so that's a long shot.
What isn't the water heater doing? Just sitting there dead or trying but no ignition?

I don't have the same floor plan, but combining the speaker lights with the porch light makes sense to me, so mY first suggestion is check for power to, as well as the bulb in the porch light. BTW: Congratulations on the new coach.
