I just ordered a 3911tk also from Ketelsen in Hiawatha Iowa. Is that the same place you ordered yours or is it a different Ketelsen? It will be here in one more week. I cant wait. I was looking at Fuzions and Raptors but after going in the Fuzion and then going inside the Venom, the choice was obvious and I never looked back.

I hear ya. Yes it is the same dealer just different area. Let me know how your PDI goes. I am curious about how thorough they will be. She fell in love with it right away. We should be getting ours by the end of Nov. They have been very slow at giving out information. We ordered it a month ago and still don't have a date for it to be done.

When we ordered ours a few years ago, we got no updates until the time it arrived at the dealer. Not sure if that was due to KZ or due to the dealer though.

Realize this is an old thread. We just purchased a 2016 3311tq. Really like it so far. Not much posted information on the Venom models'yet.
Still trying to figure out where all of our stuff should be stored. I was amazed at how much we had packed into our previous toy hauler.

We really like our 3311TQ. Even though there are still some unresolved warranty issues. I know everyone is busy and I can still use the RV. However we will see how things go this week with KZ and the dealer.

I thought I would mention somethings that I found. Not complaining just issues like any RV brand or model could have.
With the slides in the kitchen is useless. However one side of the fridge is accessible so pack accordingly. You also can not access the garage from the living room.
We found that the drawers and cabinet doors do not always stay shut during travel. Two drawers came open on the way home from dealer and damaged fridge door. I plan on adding extra latches to make sure they stay shut or strapping handles. Don't forget the three season door. The latch does not hold and the doors slam back and forth going down the road.
Look carefully at the roof caulking joints Mine had cracks at the front cap and across the rear.
Neither main slide side windows work. The latches are frozen up, so you can't open windows.
Bedroom slide opens and closes on an angle and stops. So we have not used it.
Missing remotes for audio equipment. No monitor for backup camera. Was told by dealer that only the camera came with RV and I would need to purchase the monitor myself. Found out the monitor should have been included. (This is one of the issues I am still having problems getting resolved).
Since my dealer is 4 hours away I'm trying to get everything set up for a one day trip.

Well the back up camera monitor problem has been resolved thanks to Sharrita Lawson at KZ.

Anyone care to share their experiences so far? We are picking up a 4114 on Wednesday and I wondered what to be heads up looking for. Thanks Btw, it's from Ketelsens too. (Owners demo)

(Owners demo) Congratulations on new 4114. It's a lot to remember during the PDI but just take your time and ask questions. Check all the systems that you can. Lay all the remotes out and check all the electronics. Check all the cabinet doors and drawers for function. Check faces for damage. After delivery start a log of the things you find as you use the RV.

We picked ours up from Ketelsen CO last week and love it. Still trying to figure everything out, like which light is the security light, and where we'll put all our stuff, but we can't wait to camp in it!

By the way, I should have said it's a 3911 and Josh at Ketelsen did a great job on the walk through but it is a lot to remember compared to our old toy hauler.

I have a switch in the garage on inside wall that I can't figure out what it does. Dealer doesn't know either. Up high in the left corner. There are a few things we have to get replaced and I need to make some shelves for storage. The lock actuators for the rear doors don't work. Would kind of rather have the manual locks on the outside instead. Overall I really like it. And it gets a lot of looks!

Figured out what the switch was for. As the factory never called back either me or the dealer I just kept turning things on and off and realized it shuts off the green "mood" lighting in the garage when all green lights are on. Anyone have the electric switch for release of the rear door? I'm sure it may be nice when it works, but that hasn't happened yet. Dealer called and reported they have another set of actuators. The third set. I changed tires installing a set of Sailuns in place of the cheapies from the factory yesterday. Reinstalled the door trim from the garage to the living area that was loose. Took up the toilet and adjusted the toilet gasket so the toilet didn't rock when being used. Put in a bigger battery. Man, I think my watch battery is bigger than the original. Still have to build a couple shelves in one of the closets and install a vent cover. Then it's time to make an appointment for factory repairs at the dealership and hopefully a drawer will arrive for the kitchen too. Don't know why they didn't put one in the kitchen under/adjacent to the sink. Sure, it has to be smaller but the spice shelf is just useless. "Making it mine"

How are you liking the 3911? I'd be curious how the rear room holds up in heat and cold? Any other issues you've had?
