I've had some warranty issues taken care of at the dealer. A couple more that I'm still waiting on too. Looking at replacing the fridge under warranty due to the flipper thingy between the door doesn't always close properly and it lets the cold out. Been waiting for the fridge to show up. Haven't seen it yet. Btw, Ketelsen Co in Colorado and Ketelsen RV are different. Owned by brothers originally from Hiawatha Iowa area. A third brother went into radio and works in Minnesota.

Realize this is an old thread. We just purchased a 2016 3311tq. Really like it so far. Not much posted information on the Venom models'yet. Still trying to figure out where all of our stuff should be stored. I was amazed at how much we had packed into our previous toy hauler. Looking at this model ourselves! What are you towing it with? What are your top 5 favorites about this model? Anything you would do differently?

Pipeliner, I was told last week that your dealer just sold out to Camping World. Wonder if they will still carry the Venom line. Gary said his brother wanted to retire and didn't have anyone to pass it onto. Little sad I guess.

What are your top 5 favorites about this model? Anything you would do differently? We are towing with a 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD 4wd CC Short bed Duramax. I have a B&W Companion Slider Hitch and Air bags. This set up tows the 2016 Venom 3311TQ just fine. I don't know that we have Five Favorite things. We picked this make and model based on the hitch weight, UVW dry weight, NCC net carry capacity. This model had some of the lowest weights available in a floor plan and finishes we liked. Had I known I would have waited for a 2017 since the factory changed the ramp door hinge arrangement. Mine is already starting to show signs of a major problem.

Just bought a 2016 Venom 4013 Tk. . Bought it got it home and the heater wont work , tried everything they said still wont work so I guess we will have to take it to Dealer We have a 3911 that we bought last August. We camped a couple of times last fall and it was great - no problems. The issue we've been having is with it in storage over the winter. We park it on our property and twice on very windy days I've come home to find the side-opening door of the utility center standing open. This is after I've made sure it is latched and locked. Right now I have a two-by-four propped against the door to keep it from coming open in the wind. I worry that if the wind can blow it open that it might not be secure driving down the road. Anyone else have this issue with theirs? I'm looking for a solution for how to keep it closed and have thought about installing an outside latch on the door. If anyone else has ideas about how to secure this door, I'm open. I talked to the dealer and the factory rep about it but they didn't have any real solutions for me. Other than this minor issue, the 3911 has been everything we hoped for. I wanted to let anyone looking at this to know that we followed up with our dealer, Ketelsen CO, and they seem to have fixed the issue, made some kind of adjustment to the latch. The door has stayed closed through some pretty stout winds this spring. We have our first trip next week and can't wait to really try it out this summer!
