I see hundreds of complaints about these refrigerators not working properly. They dont cool like they should. I have contacted THETFORD NORCOLD to see what they will do to cover the cost of a residential that will be installed next week.
We have tried everything suggested over the last 3 months and nothing works. Adjust the doors, put a fan behind the unit, reset temps, on and on. They are junk and Norcold needs to make it right. Or KZ needs to get involved.
