Hi all finally getting around to down loading the app but from all the reviews looks like it's not worth trying to get it downloaded on my phone sounded like latest update on app made it unless for alot of people. Anyone have any comments? Would be nice to control all the slides an awnings while your watching them.

Works fine on my old Android Razer with a 2017 KZ. Like any computer it has to be setup correctly, password has to be exact.

Two things I noticed when using One Control App. One Control wont open / run unless I have "location" on my phone turned on. Don't know why. Also, if you are home or near your own WiFi, you have to select the "MyRv" WiFi, as my phone prefers to connect to my home Wifi.

We went home for a few days, came back and our touch pad was all greyed out. You could the icons but nothing works. Called Lippert, had me check all the connections in the basement. Everything had power, and all connections were tight. Mobile tech was working in rv park, he stopped by, double checked again, all good in his mind. Any suggestions? Tuesday we pack it up, and are faced with manually closing the slides (?) tech said he would come help me. Thanks Kirt

I haven’t had any problems with mine but what you’re experiencing is my greatest fear with having all the controls on one system. Jay

No luck, it says everything is off line. Only thing working is both AC's, only because we left them on when we left. I long for a classic rocker switch right now.

Have you done a complete power off reset? That has got mine back on line in the past.

I had no problem once I found the password...it worked great for 2 months while we were in AZ. However, one glitch with the touch screen. It began displaying the "in motion lock" warning as soon as I began using my phone and the touchpad. LCI suggested re-setting. I was leery of doing so for fear something more "glitchy" might happen and I would be left without control of anything touchpad controlled. Any information from actual experience?

For me, a complete power disconnect (reset) usually solves whatever issue has come up. Last time was over a year ago and since then the system has had lots of use. With all that being said, I have never had a "in motion lock" message display, but I typically use either the touch pad or phone separately.

I have been trying to figure out how to replace my light controls with rocker switches with little success thus far. It seems all the wiring actually terminates on the main unit in the basement with only wiring between the two lci units going up into the wall. I still need to remove more panels underneath to see how hard it would be to fish new wiring into the wall for switches. Hope the cold restart helps. Jay

What? Is the OS from Microsoft? Reboot to cure even the simplest issue? :-)
