For me, the app works better than the panel, once you get it connected. Sometimes it connects right up. Sometimes I need to manually connect my phone to the RV wifi, close the app and reopen it, and tell it to connect. But in general, it works good. I do need to learn more about the system should I have issues on the road and need to fix something more than just a reboot.

No luck, it says everything is off line. Only thing working is both AC's, only because we left them on when we left. I long for a classic rocker switch right now. I have been trying to figure out how to replace my light controls with rocker switches with little success thus far. It seems all the wiring actually terminates on the main unit in the basement with only wiring between the two lci units going up into the wall. I still need to remove more panels underneath to see how hard it would be to fish new wiring into the wall for switches. Hope the cold restart helps. Jay If you figure out how to wire in manual switches, I would be very interested in that! I did find this: Video link.

We did a full power down for about 20 minutes, at that point we lost all the icons except MY RV, everything else disappeared. So, since we still had AC, we chose not to tempt fate and try again. Tomorrow we will take it to the dealer and hopefully they can sort it out, so we can get ready to head to the northeast. Thanks for all the help Kirt

I certainly hope that =all= the manufacturers have enough issues with these things that they go back to manual stuff or install manual switches. My '17 277RLT has a remote that controls all the stuff and it does work, or it did last time I used it, but it also has the traditional manual switches. Be interesting to see if someone starts making a kit to convert all this junk back to tried-and-true systems that =work=. Lyle

One thing I like about Jayco's system is it's a flat panel like ours, but it has incorporated hard buttons that do almost everything the panel does. When the dealer gets it sorted out, please share exactly what they did.

Downloaded the app and all is good for us. Way easier on the phone than using the pad.

We have our One Control panel working, but no phone with the app can control it. My wife and I both get the "In-Motion Lock Enabled" error. The RV has been parked for a while. I'm going to try the "full" power-down reset option. (Fingers Crossed)

The reset (pulled both AC & DC power for 10 minutes) didn't help... it did change it, but didn't fix it. I emailed LCI via their app, so I'll see what they say. The tablet installed on the wall works fine - no errors. The app on our iPhones does not work.

The tablet installed on the wall works fine - no errors. The app on our iPhones does not work. We find that as long as there is an “in motion” alarm window on the main monitor panel the phone app will not work. Our “in motion“ alarm has taken up to 14 finger presses to delete the alarm windows before we can activate a function. We have gone through numerous power off cycles - “recommended procedures”, and yet, still has not solved the problem. We understand from the factory that it is some sort of latching switch on one of the input sensors that may not be working correctly. We are still trying to solve this problem - if anybody has a suggestion let us know. Our dealer has not also been able to solve this. We have a half ton Durango model D263RLT 2021 model year.

For ALL the issues and trouble this so called "innovative" system causes, a simple switch or button does the same thing, faster, and easier. Technology is great, but not everything has to run on it!
You have to hold your finger JUST RIGHT on the panel or nothing works. The app will decide WHEN it wants to work or not, not you. Why do I have to turn off MY wifi, JUST to connect to LCI's JUST to turn off a light? Why does LCI need to know my location? Don't we have enough spies already? These are headaches that a simple button or switch would never give you.

I have to agree with you halcareric, why does LCI need my location? I asked that question of one of the Lippert folks and didn't get much of answer. Luckily, my coach doesn't have the full on touch pad that controls everything, like interior lighting, which I agree is overkill. Who decided plain old switches were not a good idea?
