So Edd what did you do to fix it ? We had our trailer at the dealer for some stuff, when we got it back the LCI system didn't work from the touch screen inside or out ... You had to shut down the system to change functions, the APP work prefect but the touch screens wouldn't function correctly, I even reset the system but again the same thing ... I talked with dealer an they stated that they have had some screens go bad lately, I stated that the screens were working just fine when I dropped it off ... So our APP had worked since the fixed such at the rally an the overall system worked fine till last week at the dealer Ugh !!! Taking it back to dealer on Monday, I better not hear I have a bad screens when they were working the morning I hooked up the trailer to take it to them !!! Safe Travels Chuck

chuck have you pushed the reset? You will find a small hole on the inside screen, use a paper clip or similar, insert and gently push. The app updated to day and I tried it. Had to do the setup but it's back with a new interface for me.

Yep pushed the reset at least four times Ugh !!!
Went to pick up trailer last Thursday afternoon a week ago, they stated that that the one LCD screen was not working on the top part of the screen to change functions.... What they did show me an I didn't know was that there is a function bar on the lower part of the screen just like on top, you just touch lower part of touch pad an run you finger up an the function bar appears
My function bar works all the functions on the lower part of the screen but not the top, they stated it's electronics an they fail an like anything else they fail after the warranty is up Cost from dealer is $350 for replacement, but I have not called LCI to see if I can cut out the middle man or looked on the web to see if they are cheaper
The inside screen did come to life after I reset it but I hardly use that screen only to turn on cap lights or Hildi closing the bedroom slide ... For now I can live with such but would in the future replace that one screen, they are really easy to replace, just don't drop the very, very, very little screws that hold the screen to the mount assemble on the hatch door LOL. glad the young tech could see such in the stones cuzzzzzzzzz I sure couldn't Ugh !!!
Safe Travels
Chuck

Well, we are on our first trip, and after numerous attempts my wife was able to download the app to our I phone 8's She is a patient person, so she was willing to fight the battle.

Well, I must be the exception.... I downloaded the new app and it is working flawlessly. Quite frankly, its nice! The only problem I had was when I initially tried the app, I could not connect it via wi-fi. Turns out, it was a typo on my part as I forgot to input the _(underscore) in the SSID network name. Be sure that you input the SSID name and Password EXACTLY as it is on the router. Mine happens to be all caps. Once you are connected, it automatically logs you in and then you can run all of your devices that you could with the old app! Hope this helps! Mine worked after update from about a month ago. If there is a new one I guess I will avoid.

I'm having an issue with the OneControl app on my iPhone with iOS 13.3. I have the latest OnControl app and have tried everything. Resync, deleted app and reinstalled, everything. It was working flawlessly with my 2020 Durango Gold and now shows all devices as OFF LINE. Can't access or control anything on the RV using the app. Wouldn't have been an issue, but my neighbor at the RV storage parked their RV so close to mine I can't get the door open or fold the stairs down to access the control panel inside. All my jacks are down so I can't get it hooked up to my truck and moved. This app is so frustrating.

Had an external jack switch just behind the step, so if I had 6-7" clearance, I could get the door open and run the jacks, if needed. Lyle

As for the app you need to enter the LCI router code exactly and is is on the box & the pass code. The neighbor parked so close you can't get in? There has to be a park manager that can address this if you do not want to. Most RV'ers are willing to work together but there are a few butt heads every where.

Wow, I guess I don't D/L the new app on my current phone until I test it with an old phone I have lying around. So, here's a question for the more phone savvy: any way to save a back up copy of the "old" app and reload it? If it’s an iPhone, you can back it up using iTunes and restore it if need be.
