So you looking to buy a Trailer, you have looked at a number of different brands then someone either told you about the Kz
brand of trailers or you saw them at a RV show...
You might have said to the wife or husband who are these Kz people, how good of a trailer do they make, what type of
warranty or support do they provide etc ...
Well from a person that didn't know Kz from a hole in the ground back in December of 2016 till today I have learned
allot in a very short time for an old guy who has been around trailers of all kinds over the years including tents and
slide in campers ....
I won't boar you with all the beginings, from truck camper, to Travel Trailers, an then 5th wheels which we own ...
What I will say is that over the course of a number of years an different types of campers an MFG support I have seen
the good and bad in support. I also read a number of different RV web sites all the time about service from not only
dealers but MFG's themselves ...
I have even read on this site about some of the good, the bad and of course the ugly regarding dealers and Kz it's self ...
As I have posted in some of the other folders an on this site I have had my problems with our local dealer an a few minor
hick-ups with our new G384FLT Durango Gold like any other new trailer you have a few, hopefully it is just a few...
Kz customer service has been outstanding with their support an has steered us in the right direction every time we talked
with them before coming to the Kz Rally, they have steered us to the right vender to get the service we needed even
if it was a competing RV MFG dealer who did warranty work on appliances within our Kz 5th wheel ...
At the rally Kz service people bent over backwards to support the people that had warranty work to do an also Kz owners
that were out of warranty to a point ... Even thought they could not do warranty work on the units at the rally that were
out of warranty they did provide parts and the guidelines on how to install those parts provided ... As Kz rep stated
we want to provide the best service available to our customer base, but we are in business to make money an will help an
owner that we can up to a point, but we are not in the business to give away the farm so to speak ...
Warranty work was done over and above what was needed, we had a frig go out during the rally, they got a repair person
out to fix it, if it couldn't be fixed on a Friday morning they were going to store our food either in the Kz factory or at
their homes so we wouldn't lose anything . They replace stoves that were working but didn't match for some reason
that was in one Durango Gold, redid the counter tops, re-did their davenport cushions and chairs overnight... They
redid trim, redid blasts in a couple of units, replaced hydraulic jacks that were working but sqeeking, sprayed all the
hydraulics on all the trailers, Replace wiring that was to small of gauge going to hydraulic pumps in Durango Golds,
checked all the slides on each unit to make sure they were working correctly and the list goes on an on
At the kz plant I an the wife talked with a number of Kz reps from each brand of trailer and 5th wheel they had set
up, we also talked with the overall district sales reps from the Eastern an Central area, each one was polite an
committed to the Kz brand an will to listen to the pros an cons of what we had to offer ...
While back at the same camp grounds as the rally was a week later I fell backwards going into our 5th wheel. I bent
the grab handle on our 5th wheel, it was 4:30pm on Friday afternoon, I ran down to Kz, the front door was locked, Ugh.
I looked along side and shop doors were open, walked into their shop, a women ask how she could help me, I told her
along with a gentlemen who had come up to us what happened. They both said I think we can help you with that an
before I new it I had a new grab handle in my hands an on the way back to the camp grounds for me to install...
So I now along with seeing the production line at Kz have personally seen one of Kz's service/parts area's an it was plum
full of all kinds of parts in multiple long rows across a large building, when asking for a the apart I needed as I stated the
gentleman stated we have that in another building an got on a golf cart an 5 minutes later came back with the part from
another building ....
As many have read in different RV sites many dealers pull the blame game with blaming the Manufactures for not providing
the parts or warranty work, what we saw an were told at the Kz factory they along with LCI will try their hardest to provide
Now I have become a loyal customer somewhat before, but now I believe I am a life long loyal customer of Kz, Kz people
brand of trailers or you saw them at a RV show...

what ever is needed in a timely manor. but with anything some things will take longer because they are out of stock or are
just not in production at the time requested ...
Now I have become a loyal customer somewhat before, but now I believe I am a life long loyal customer of Kz, Kz people
believe in their product an have lead me to believe in them as well
Here we are down the road three years almost four years later an I an the wife are still loyal Kz believers, at all the
rally an even when calling them on the phone or emailing them with questions they have always been helpful an treated
us with the utmost respect ...
The G384RLT has for the most part stood up to time an many miles now, like others we have had minor problems, but
one has to remember these trailers no matter what brand are like earth quakes going down the road ...
I'm glad that we own a Kz product, they are well built an the company stands behind their product an they care about
their owner base, how many owners of other brands can say such, not many ...
Safe Travels
