Thanks Edd. I'm familiar with the part. The problem I have is shipping that is nearly 10 times the cost of the product. Can you find an RV wrecking yard near you or on a route when your traveling? I did not check Amazon, wife has Prime so I get free shipping on most things.

I had that problem with the hose going to my toilet. Luckily, I saw it dripping before it pulled loose. I put in a 1/2 inch barb to 1/2 inch threaded and a real toilet connector. I replaced the pex clamps on the braided line from my fresh water tank to the pump with screw clamps. They use pex clamps because it is quicker. I forgot I also have a hand full of the screw clamps for quick repair but change the fitting as needed. Replace hose or the fitting as needed to make it permanent.

I think they used Carefree & Solera awnings. Awnings are not specific to the RV I just replaced my fabric and all I needed was size.

Ants

I doubt if you had a colony in the trailer. They probably migrated inside from where it was parked. Once one of the scouts finds a food source of any kind he returns to alert others. We have an ongoing problem in our house and none of the baits work for very long. They are coming in from the outside and I cannot find the source. I started using Ortho Home Defense spray. Lasts for a few months.I spoke to a pro and he said the only thing to do is preventive spraying. Last time I found ants inside I went out and found them climbing a leg of the landing gear, AMDRO at the entrance to the colony. Next day all gone, just that quick.

I have no answer for you but that is one of the reasons I never have a camper with a slide out on the door side. No slide out? Twin awnings and slide door side.

If it doesn't leak and goes in and out fine, then it is what it is. Square and plumb is not in the RV dictionary.

You only need a sealant like Ace pipe thread compound on the pipe threads, the barbs don't need it with the exception of the large diameter gravity fill hose where silicone sealer will work. Hopefully KZ didn't attach PEX tubing to hose barbs, they do that in some applications. Be sure that the water tank is properly supported and there is no stress on the attached plumbing, often there is minimal support. Post photos if you need addition input. about 1/2 my fresh water system had white braided hose on PEX barbs, guess what leaked. All I can say is why, PEX is likely cheaper. I now carry a couple sections of PEX in all three colors with PEX clamps and a crimp tool.

Odd man out, I use air pressure and blow out all lines, I live in the SW so I may use the 5W at any time. If you use air don't forget ALL water outlets, shower, sinks, toilet, out door shower, washer/dryer if equipped. Couple bucks at RV stores and many hardware stores.

The B&W can be set in a couple different configurations for more clearance frt to bk and up down.

Does anyone know the part number of the grease lip seals used on half ton Durango's. Mine is a 256RKT. Preferably the Timken part number but generic is fine too. Take the old to a local parts store they can x-reference the part to a number of suppliers.

I thought I wanted one of these until I see the issues they have.

I add some spring steel maybe an 1/8 thick across the frame rails to hold it up after I pulled it down to replace a black valve. I had added some before when I put disc brakes on to support the hydraulic lines.

Additional orange/red running lights along the bottom of the trim flashing on their Connect? We have a 2019 261RKK and I was looking at the flashing trim piece along the bottom and thought I could add some led running lights to that to better illuminate the camper similar to some semi trailers for towing at night. Has anyone done anything similar or been able to find the wires to the current running lights easily accessible? I was looking for a wire diagram but so far not much luck on that front. All I can say is WHY? It's a camper not a Christmas tree!

thanks so much for all the info joe . we love ours too its just I,m getting a little tired of finding stuff wrong on it . it gets old after awhile . if you been following my post you would understand what I,m talking about . I know you expect to found little things go wrong but mine seems to have something go wrong on it just about every year. first the roof had to be replace then the floor in the side out on the door side then the fresh water tank then the water heater stopped working on gas then theres the little things such as cabinet doors not shutting right the sofa air mattress just to name a few . thank god this was covered under warranty but some of it I just fixed myself . I thought kz stands behind there products . or they stand behind them for two years and that's it... they should cover your furnace because its been going on befor the warranty was up. I did go out and rechecked mine and couldn,t find anything else that would make this furnace over heat . ducts are free and clear, gas ....still at a little over 11 wc voltage 12.2 intake exceeds min. and so does the heat ducts . exhaust and burner intake clean and clear . it bugs me to no end not being able to find the problem. I even went down to the dealership and they told me because the outside temp. being so warm that these heaters will over heat . it needs to be below 50 . so I got up early a few days ago and sure enough it overheated again . what a line of crap that was. so for now I,m just going to wait for this one to crap out and buy a new one . I don,t think I would ever buy one of these again I had enough . good luck with yours . I hope kz stands up and takes care of you. its the right thing to do . happy camping tim & joan Newark ny Have you tried contacting the furnace manufacture? I found they were faster at getting things done than KZ was as they have dealers/repairman all over when KZ might have one or two dealers and the first thing the ask is did yiu buy from us? No sorry we won't work on your problem.

I have wondered how the Titans pulled, apparently they do OK. Yeah, the F250 /350 are nice, and they do pull like crazy, but until you start towing in the Rockies or the Sierras you are probably fine. I'm at 5,000ft and it's all uphill getting out.
