I'll add if none of these work call LCI, they have a great tech support. They walked me through trouble shooting when my auto level quit completely, I was able to manual level but no auto.

I had the same issue and changed the ceiling fan because I was not able to find a light kit for the OEM. The entire fan with light was about $75, the fans 110 so you could also add a dimmer.

I had issues with coax cables from day one, I bought one of these, Klein Coax tester, from Lowes or Home Depot about $30.
This might help you trouble shoot it.

And I thought I liked the front window. Condensation came up in another thread recently and ventilation is the key for me, another member uses a dehumidifier.

There is a small hole in the corner of the screen, gently push in with a paper clip or pin and see if it resets. No, download the one control app and see if it will work off the phone. Someone else may have another idea. A call to LCI tech in the morning may also get you back up if this does not work. They walked be through a leveling issue when the system just quit.

3 days travel with the residential fridge, was the battery charging while traveling? If is was did it charge enough to keep the battery topped off? Just a guess, the battery drained traveling, you plugged in and the converter kicked on showing 13.5 as a charge rate not true battery voltage. After being plugged in the battery got topped & everything worked. The One Control is voltage sensitive and I thought all Durangos had two batteries, especially with the residential. I would ask that of KZ, shouldn't it have two.

It too me 5 hours but snugged up all the screws externally on my rig, many, many loose I find a few loose inside all the time but these were the first outside. I did have one of the leveler sensors fall off which screwed the system completely, took a couple days to run it down taking with the Lippert techs.

If you have time and it sounds like you do order what you want. The build will be months so you can order and get what you want. Then you will not need to just take whats on a lot somewhere. I looked at the G391RKQ and if I was buying again the would be my choice, we personally like the rear kitchen. I would keep the table, more like home and see if they could put the "full timers office" in place of one of the hide a beds in the middle. On an RV that large 2 A/C's min and they are now doing some with 3. I like the two hatches up front and wanted to add one on mine. The top one goes to a small shelf inside, I only have access through the side basement doors, the lower is the larger compartment. Not sure where your seeing the double sink, in mine if you got the dish washer you get a single small sink, w/o you get the double in the kitchen. The floor plan shows two in the bathroom, his & hers. Wife said she would not marry some one she couldn't share a bath with. We have a single in the 5W and double at home. Not sure why women need so much more space for female stuff.
Hope your putting the afghan good use in the cold and give Indy an extra pet for us. Travel safe & hope to see you at the 2021 rally. Edd & Lawana

Washing the RV today and found a loose fender bracket, good thing I did. I found 4 what look like lag bolts backed out of the slide rail about 1/4 inch. Not sure if they came loose or never got tight but no two were at the same angle, come on how hard is it to put bolts in straight?

I have to disagree there. There are times when it would be nice to have some light up front in order to see better, or to illuminate the "toy-lock" if I have my bikes or generator up front. It has been said in this very forum, if the people didn't want it, the manufacturers wouldn't build it. I don't even have lights up front, but you can bet if I did I would definitely use them. Besides, all someone has to do is pull their blinds down if it bothers them. The subject was LED lights in the FRONT of the trailer, the only purpose they serve is to annoy others. Very simple device called a flashlight, looks like this:

Your thinking is correct. I check the voltage and polarity when I arrive and then take the best guess about what the loads will be and the condition of the park wiring in general. If the weather is cool I won't be needing the AC and most others as well, so voltage should remain good. My digital voltmeter is in plain sight and can be read from nearly anywhere in the trailer, if voltage is not holding well, the Hughes is added. About 80 to 90 percent of the time I don't use it. Only takes one surge, I lost an alarm clock, fireplace, and TV with a surge. I now use an inline any time I am on shore power. Your electronic equipment on surge protectors at home? I live in never never land and power goes out and minutes or hours it's back. Surge protectors do just that, protect equipment.

Although I get your point, I do disagree on some of your points. Here's my list. 1. I've never really needed a dehumidifier. We use our exhaust fans while cooking and showering, and we DO cook indoors a lot. 2. Not a fan of heat pumps for residential use so I personally do not want one in my RV either. I have owned them in the past and personally prefer a good split system. It could be a useful option for someone who actually wants one or lives in an area where the climate is suitable for a heat pump. 3. I'm very content with the 12 gallon unit in my Durango; we've never run out of hot water. But... the 6 gallon WH in my previous 5th wheel was too small, so if you have a 6 gallon, I totally get your point. The Durangos and Durango Golds actually now come standard with a tankless model. Mine is an early '21 but is identical to the '20 models, so the change must have come at the same time as a few other mid-year model changes. It does appear that KZ often makes minor changes mid-year. 4. Our 333 has more than enough storage both inside and out for my wife and I to take extended trips. The basement is HUGE! We are not full timers but we do spend months at a time in it... and she likes to take EVERYTHING! 5. I totally agree about the glitz, but unfortunately it does sell. I've had zero issues with our trailer. The build quality is the best of any RV I've owned. 6. I keep all my vehicles in a garage when not in use. Why would I treat my 5th wheel any differently? It is as big an investment as any vehicle I own. It also, due to the very nature of the beast, must be designed quite differently than a truck or car. The roof and walls must flex or it will self-destruct while bouncing, twisting, and turning down the highway. 7. I've had no issues with my axles, but they are an oft-upgraded item. That being said, automotive and trailer axles are totally different, and by nature, require completely different maintenance. 8. Again, I do not currently need solar panels, but I do like the idea of the wiring being in place should I decide I want them in the future. 9. On the contrary, a company who offers a 2 year warranty instead of the industry standard 1 year, at least appears to believe their product is better. Again, as has been pointed out, at this price point, KZ builds some of the better quality towable RVs available. This is the first KZ product I have owned, and thus far, I have been pleased. Best of luck in the future and safe travels, Jay

I was adding a fan on my refrigerator and noted some bare wood at the bottom (I think plywood) and noted some separation and raw Styrofoam insulation, it had been wet. I cleaned it and covered with aluminum tape. I thought I would pass this on so others can check and see if theirs needs some attention. I have the Norcold Polar Max 2118 but it may be an issue in any model. You need to pull the outside cover and look at the floor and up the sides. I took these when I had almost finished so you had an idea of what I'm trying to explain.

Another bathroom door off, I also pulled that door and put it in my shop. The door on mine swings in and IF the was a medical problem in there how do you get in? Cut it open but in an emergency minutes count. I sure as hell someone at KZ reads this. That's something that I =never= thought about, but is absolutely true! Hell, it =should= be a regulation! Lyle I did bring that up at the rally two years ago, I pulled mine, I now have a shower rod with a bamboo curtain that can be closed. 95% of the time its just the two of us and after 43 years she closes it to shower and hold the heat.

I have seen more than one genny mounted to the pin box. Might not be the best place, but it's doable. Personally, given that the crappy racks from LCI are only rated at 200 lbs (or at least mine is), I'd look to finding a good welding shop and having a new rack made, one that would carry both the genny and the scooter. Since the genny would be more-or-less permanent, you could have a "gen box" made to cover it, too. Lyle That was my first thought, get a welder to beef it up, use the current mounts and add rails to the frame on both sides. The expanded metal may need changed, diamond plate? I do like that it folds up though mine does stay down. I suspect a good welder/fabricator could make about anything you wanted.

If painting use a good primer. As an alternative it's wall papered why not re-wall paper right over the old. Wife's done it in in a couple houses, install info's on YouTube. Our back splashes have all been redone with peel & stick from Lowes or Home Depot, this ones aluminum, fire proof and washes well.
