Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with their "Sansui" 32" tv.
Our bedroom TV lost all sound output. It only has maybe 1-2 hours of use.
Checked all the settings and it is definitely an internal issue.
I called Sansui and was advised it would be cheaper to just buy another one.
As much as I would like to keep the appliances the same, I'm just not sure I want to buy another "Sansui".
Thanks

We are saving up for slide toppers. But in the mean time I use a leaf blower with a rain gutter attachment. I use it to clean off debris and water before closing the slides. I can stand on the ground and blow the debris off the tops. I do have an expandable ladder and have climbed up to look at the tops of the slides after blowing them off. The leaf blower so far is doing a good job.

Think it’s just an I beam frame. Haven’t seen any problems in that area on mine yet. That being said, mine is out at the factory currently getting some frame work done under the bad area but to flexing. Checked in yesterday and it was inside getting some minor repairs made while they waited on Lippert to get there and do their thing. I figure I can keep stopping in and eventually they’ll get tired of looking at me enough to get it done or just give me an office! Lol I'M also interested in knowing what part of your frame needed work. Where was the "Bad area".

Our 2016 KZ Venom 3311 TQ has I Beam frame rails. The spring hangers are welded to the bottom. Our springs are on top of the axles. Maybe they changed the set up on a newer Venom.
I have planned on adding metal cross braces between the inside hangers running side to side. Just haven't had time.

I also have the 6 point level up system.
I agree that it appears over tightening the x chocks could put unnecessary force on the axles. I'm careful to only tighten the x chocks enough to keep the tires from rolling. I also recheck later after the tires have cooled completely.

I have found that extending the level up legs as little as possible really helps take the shake out of it. Like Chuck said use more pads or carry wood blocks. I use the X chocks also and they do help

I had one of the original tires "Trailer King" 230/80r-16. The tires only had 1940 miles. I check the air before I leave on every trip.
At a rest stop noticed the tire tread was not flat across the face but was rounded like a bicycle tire.
Replaced with the spare tire. At a tire shop confirmed that the tread sepperated from casing.
After some research I purchased new Goodyear Endurance 235/85r-16.
The main difference I noticed was the overall weight difference. The Goodyear's are heavier. The next was the side wall stiffness. The Goodyear's are much stiffer / thicker.
I have only travelled 1000 miles on the Goodyears, but so far I like them. I think it pulls better. Smoother and more stable.

I had the same problem with the brake adjuster and spring. In my case the drum and pads were damaged.
Dexter stepped up and sent a complete brake assembly at no charge. My trailer was out of the warranty period.
I believe as other have posted, That the bearings and brake components should be inspected and the bearings packed when first purchased and yearly after that.

Some adhesive for all the trim piece's. That way the trim woundnt be dependant on just the little finish nails to stay in place.

Just read your post. So sorry for your loss. They become such a part of your life. Camped last weekend next to a couple with a Great Dane. He was a big friendly goof ball that loved attention.
We lost our English Bulldog about 18 months ago, he was 9yrs old. It broke our hearts and we said we wouldn't do it again.
Well two weeks ago the situation changed and we have another English Bulldog in our lives.

Like others have stated. It takes time for KZ to get back to you. Sharita has always got back to me but it takes awhile. Most of the time longer than you or I think it should.
I totally understand your hesitation with taking to the selling Dealer. Distance and time with out the RV are big obstacles.
I know from experience that it's hard to see how this could take so long. I have been through this.
KZ gives you a two year warranty. However the recliners, (If made by Lippert) only have a one year warranty. KZ contacts Lippert and they come to an financial agreement on the parts. The parts are then shipped to the dealer and KZ foots the bill.
In My case it was required that a Dealer inspect the issue and send the required information to KZ to get the process started. A process that took 5 months to get resolved. I was able to use the RV during this period. Because I made appointments at the dealership to inspect and then repair when the parts were in. Yep two 8 hour round trips.☹️
I also kept in contact with all three. (Dealer, KZ, Lippert). When one dropped the ball I would contact them and point it out.
Bottom line you most likely will not have the problem resolved before your trip, unless you fix it yourself or pay a mobile RV guy or handy neighbor to fix it.
Like others not sure what your recliners are doing. Without details.
Mine aren't to bad putting the foot rest up. Pull hidden handle right side between cushion and arm rest and foot rest starts up. Lean back and foot rest fully extends. I have a hard time getting it back down. Kinda have to push down with legs and lean way forward. Not easy with a bad back. Nothing like my old home recliner.
Good luck and hope dispite the recliners you have a great trip.

Not sure of your model, but most are on the same panal as your water hookup / control valves. Looking at panel upper right corner. Should be one port marked Satellite and one marked Cable.

We had the same slide issues with our 3311 TQ. The Bedroom slide motor failed. The control panel is behind a bulk head. (Someday I'll move it to a more accessable location).
The main slides lost power in the extened position. Turned out that two circut breakers in the compartment where the hydraulic pump is located failed. I tested the circut and the amp draw was within specifications. I replaced the two circut breakers with quality breaker's of the same amp. rating and haven't had a problem since.
As for the ladder problem if your estimate does not break out the labor hours and rate, I would ask. Then get bids from other repair facility's.
Maybe you could post pictures of the damage and we could give you a better opinion. $4000.00 IMOP seems excessive for replacing a ladder and corner trim. I know from experience that the screws holding the ladder mounts to the wall easily snap off so added repair time is needed, but it still seems excessive unless body work, paint and or decals are required.

I have a slight slope at home so I use a 2x8 long enough for both tires and chocks. I just leave the board on the ground so I can park in the same location. Sometimes I may have to move the board a few inches to get lined up.
Like you, I use large wood blocks under the stabilizer jack legs. I drilled the blocks and put rope through the holes for handles.
In your case maybe a couple boards glued and screwed together duplicating the dimensions of the blocks.

By chance did you look up around the rear bumper area. Another thought does your rear bed lift have power how about your rear ramp lights. Mine has a fuse in the 12 volt side of the main fuse / circut breaker panel. Did you try it with the truck plugged in and the tail lights on. Like the back up camera only works with truck lights on. Or the ramp lights are not also back up lights.
