Hi y'all! We just ordered a new Venom 3911. I was on the list for a new Grand Design Momentum and even helped design the one we were waiting on. But, they did a last minute design change and we were going to have to wait longer. Then, I looked at KZ again and Bam! They updated their toyhauler line to the Venom. We looked at them a few years ago but, they were outdated and dismissed them from the list. We should be picking up our new Venom at the end of November from Ketelsens. We are excited!

Thanks! We have been chomping at the bit lately. Waiting on the factory to give us a VIN so we can get the PO signed and the financing secured. I just hope that Thor /Berkshire Hathaway, hasn't ruined what we have heard to be great customer service. It appears the factory can be hard to get ahold of currently.

As an update, we will be doing the PDI at Ketelsen in Denver on the 10th. Unit will be here on the 16th. Very excited!

Hello Venom owners
I have spent a lot of time looking at toy haulers lately and can say that I was totally impressed when I walked in to the 3911. While in Fl. Last month I went to Lazydays and spent 5 hours looking at just toy haulers, the only unit I kept going back to was the Venom 3911. I'm always a little Leary of new products but it seems to be a great rig, I would love to hear from you guys that own them, how are they holding up and what would you change, if anything.

Congratulations!! Hope you had an enjoyable buy experience with New KZ Venom Nice Unit. Also I Just Purchased a New 2016 KZ Spree 328IK and We Love it! Dealer Told Me to Make a Pick List of things and concerns I may have after using it, Then I can make appointment to bring it in for any warranty work I may need. As in anything Manufactured you are going to find things that needs attention, so I made me a list call my Dealer and two days later KZ Customer Service " Warranty " Department Called me ask me a few general question and told me when I was ready to have repairs made, just call the KZ Dealership that I want to use and setup My Appointment. KZ even found me a closer Dealership that is an exclusive KZ Dealership and Service Department 40 Years with a 5 Star Gold Rating. I called the service department and setup my appointment to take it to them. I just wanted to tell you this so you would know how EZ it was to deal with customer service. Happy Camping |
