Have you tried using RVTrader, based on your area for KZ? You can set the distance limit, and another dealer may jump out at you.

Yes, but you're still restricted to only those dealers who advertised on RVTrader. Not all do, by a long shot... Hell, all I want is for them to let me know if there's a specific trailer closer to me than Sacramento and if the rumor is true that there's another KZ dealer that might come on line here in AZ and, if so, when. Not sure if this would help but have you tried reaching out to the company that now owns KZ (Thor Industries)? Being the parent company they may be able to assist with getting you an answer to your question. I did reach out to Thor on another issue and the phone was answered by a live person who was able to point me in the right direction. The corporate contact number on their website is listed as 574-970-7460. I have to agree that the KZ dealer locator is quite restrictive, you would think it would also be set up to search by state or put up a map showing all locations across the US for a quick view
I also think a lot of frustration could be resolved if someone from KZ were monitoring these forums, when you look at any recent posts made by the moderators the last time either one posted appears to be back in 2012.

We are seeing the same results with the sale to Thor that Crossroads saw....very poor. I spoke to the KZ rep at the Hershey show and pointed out the decline in QC from my current Spree and former Durango and it was like he could care less. The same items that were wrong with the model I looked at at my dealer were present in the one at the show. It appears the pride the workers had working for Darrel Zook no longer exist...just another rv.

Sounds like they've turned into JARVM, Just Another RV Manufacturer. :-( I talked to a very nice lady about 3 weeks ago, explained my situation and she said she'd pass my info on to the W/SW sales rep, but I've never heard from him. All the big shows are over, so I don't know what the issue is. Oh, well... The Jayco that is #2 on my short list is looking better and better. Lyle

I am picking up my spree escape 196s on December 10th and in the last two weeks I've called KZ customer service atleast 6 or 7 times with questions and every single time they have either answered the phone or called me back within 24 hours. I don't know why so many of you are having problems with speaking to someone at KZ.

Been a while since I've been on, but last time I called KZ they answered and I spoke with a very nice lady who did give me some info. I =still= can't get a regional rep to get back to me, though, so I can see if there are any dealers who might have, or have on order, the specific model I'm interested. I did find out that there is another KZ dealer in AZ now, but they =only= handle TTs and not any FWs. Didn't seem to be interested in even ordering one, either.

I must agree the that AZ dealer is worthless. They are not customer or service oriented in any fashion. I've spent several months trying to get issues resolved from original purchase.

Try contacting Charlie at cwade@kz-rv.com He was a great factory Rep resource when I bought my Durango Gold 355 RLT at Ketelsen Campers in Denver. By the way, Ketelsen keeps a great selection. Their website is: wegocamping.com I called and left him a message about a month ago, and never heard back. Maybe email will work better. Thanks. I'll check out Ketelsen's inventory. Gives me an even better excuse to head to CO. Got a granddaughter in Aurora and a nephew who's a 1st year Cadet at the USAFA. :-) Lyle

Over the last two an a half years every time I call Kz customer service like the OP they either answered the phone or call me back within a day ... Talyor at Kz has always been a great person an has steered me in the right direction Safe Travels Chuck
