Am on my second KZ product and think they are built as good or better then most. The fit and finish on my new one are better then my first but that was an 07 built at the height of sales. Most of what makes a good owners experiance is the dealer. How he handles problems and his reputation at the factory. I had a major problem with my first unit whaich the dealer and the factory addressed quickly and professionally....it could not have gone better except if the problem had not occured. KZ is a family owned company in business for over 40 years and one of only 3 or 4 that offer a 2 year complete warranty. For my money one of the beast....and no I do not work for KZ or a dealer.

New buyer here also. This is my first kZ product, but I am really happy with all the reviews I read . I bought the Sportsman Classic 20RBT and am looking forward to putting it to extended use.

I have a Stone Ridge 38fl we ordered and picked up in March. Have slept in it about 35 nights and put about 5000 miles on it. We LOVE it. It's our 4th 5th wheel camper. the other three were Cardinals. So far, this Stone ridge has been completely trouble free, the floor plan is unique with the front living area and it fits our lifestyle perfectly. I don't think you can beat a Stone Ridge for value for the dollar!

Just took delivery on 9/13/12. New KZ Stone Ridge Sportster 41 CKS. Previous toy hauler was a Glendale Titanium (40') (now out of business). Last weekend was our first outing, everything works, nothing leaks, nothing broke.
This trailer is HUGE compared to the old one, with a lot of storage and lots of wide open spaces. the garage now holds a washer/dryer, bicycles, BBQ grill, propane tank, Harley Heritage softail, and other miscellaneous stuff. We're very happy with this purchase, and will be snowbirds for the first time this winter in Ft. Myers, FL. ;D
A few things could be improved: the ramp door is VERY heavy and could use another assist spring. The main slide topper sags and bottoms out with the slightest rain. I wish they would offer automatic leveling jacks on the toy haulers like they do on the regular Stone Ridge, but the factory refused. They never could give me a good technical reason.

My husband and I just bought a 2012 Sportsman 265 RK and will not be able to use it until after we buy a truck in the spring. This is a big move up for us since we had a Coleman pop up for the last 12 years. We did a lot of looking before buying and I was glad to see all the good reviews. Really looking forward to next season.
