my 32 gallon Barker portable waste tank's intake opening, located at the top of the tank, is 7 inches higher than the grey/black discharge pipe defying the law of gravity. Using the flexible sewer hose how do I empty the holding tanks "uphill" into the portable tank when the flexible hose sags to the ground with the content of the waste?

As far as gravity goes, you could let the hose fill up and then attempt to lift it to drain it into the portable tank. I don't think that would be a fun project. My thought would be that you need something to pump the waste. There is a product at Camping World called the Flojet Waste Pump. Here is the link: Flojet Waste Pump
