Good day all. I am contemplating adding an addition battery as a back up on my Sportsman 41 foot toy hauler. Being an "old boatie", I had and A-B-both switch that would enable the use of additional battery in cases of loss of charge. This proved to be a wonderful set up when we would leave the radio on all afternoon. I currently have a Onan 5500 propane generator. Living in Colorado, it can still get pretty cold at night and the heater can drain the battery by morning in some cases. Is there anyone out there that has made this mod to their trailer? Thanks!
