I feel stupid, but i can't figure out how to release the two clips that hold the outside flap for the range hood exhaust fan on our 2015 spree connect 260 rks. Looks like it should be simple, but I'm baffled. I've pulled and pushed and pried and cussed but no luck. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I have an older model but if the hood vent is the same, mine just rotate clockwise or counter clockwise to release. Otherwise, perhaps the screws are extremely tight holding the clips.

Our old camper was like that with the tabs you turn one way or the other, but this new one isn't like that. Thanks for your answer though

I have. 2013 261 rks with same type and found the more you use it the easier it gets to open. Put fingers in and pull up. Hope this helps!

Bingo Toolman! I thought the clips held the flap but they're part of the flap. Owe ya a cold one
