Just wondering how often i should sanitize the f water ststem in my spree escape 196, and what is the best way on doing it,? Do i simply pour a bleach/water mix in the holding tank , then pump through lines out sink faucets, or is it mire intense than that? New to trailers, so i need educated somewhat, thanks

I only sanitize in spring, but I also drain the tank after each use, unless it is only a week until the next outing.
Water bleach combo, run it thru, then drain, refill with water only and drain again. Repeat until bleach smell is gone.

A little bleach will go a long way. I use a 1/4 cup for 60 gallons of water.

The e ecipe is in manual for 196s. It recommends doing it prior to first use, but doesn't recommend frequency.
