Seems as though we get quite a bit of moisture and condensation in the basement of our trailer. Looks like some mold is starting as well on the floor near the wall of the basement. Anyone else have this issue? Ours is a 2014. Thanks.

No mold yet noted. On mine . But will be looking it over more often now, as you referring to basement, where exaxtly are you referring to?

"Basement" = the storage area under the bed that has small exterior lift up doors on both ends. The inside of the paneling around one of the lift up door was compromised (discoloration, mold starting). Trailer is currently in for repair of this problem so we'll see what they determine to be the cause.
What to look for: discoloration of the floor, paneling separating from the wall, storage items absorbing moisture (cardboard boxes).

Just a thought---Our Stoneridge has an elevated kitchen so there is basement space there with outside access doors. Those doors open from the top and drop open and the one time I didn't have it completely latched and when it rained water leaked in. So if your door is hinged on the bottom and drops open it could be as simple as a latch adjustment or a new door seal.
