Our first major trip, and we had a bunch of issues. Fridge wouldn't cool after 10 hours on LP. We were Walmart camping the first night. In the morning, I called Ketelsens, where we bought it. Don in service walked me thru it. What happened was when we had our new trailer walk through, the instructor assumed too much. He didn't cover how the Flag valve worked. I had the wrong LP tank on. Don spent a long time on the phone going over other questions I had about the different systems. Our previous experience was a Coleman pop-up. All these new features are something we never had before. And the manuals are..... Well pretty much worthless.
So a big time thanks to the Ketelsens service guys.
