Someone once told me to buy an RV by the dealer, not the brand. All RV's have their share of mfg issues, it's how the dealer responds to those issues that makes the difference. I am so glad I took that advise and bought my Sportster TH from Family Camping Outlet in Pottstown, PA. They have stepped up and handled every issue immediately with great service.
Friendly staff and quality service has me recommending them to anybody looking for an RV. I knew within the first 15 minutes of checking out the RV that I wanted that RV, and from them!
The issues that I ran into were very minor and correctly quickly. It is comforting to read of some of the issues on other forums and the lack of service they are getting from their dealers and their factories, when I have not been experiencing any of this.
