I have a 328 ik spree and love it but I seem to have a problem. on the one side of the island cabinet that we were told is PERFECT for putting a trash can inside of it so that it is put away and out of sight. well I have been to every store I can think of: bed bath and beyond, penny, kohls, meijers, Walmart, target and discount stores also. I have can not find a trash can that is taller then 12-14" to fit in this area. I have even reached out to the dealer for help and no luck and also the manufacturer of the sprees they only found me one on line it was perfect size but the price was $285. not buying that one! please I know someone has found one out there please tell me where or what you have done... thanks

We ordered one and are picking it up this Wednesday! So, my husband is going to build a "skeleton" metal rod frame to hold the bag in that area. It may take a little welding, but hubby is great at that stuff. We'll let you know how it goes

I have a 2014 Spree 301RIK and when I had difficulty finding a garbage can to fit in the island cabinet I simply removed one side of the cabinet closest to the rear of the trailer, filled the holes left from the hinge screws (and the many staples used by KZ on the veneer) then put a step-on garbage can in the space where the cabinet was. Can fits perfectly and is pretty much out of sight. We still have plenty of storage so don't miss that portion of the cabinet at all.
