apparently russians have completely taken over the KZ OWNERS FORUM. I've been on it nearly from the beginning and enjoyed it. However , the administrator must be unable to control access to it or has simply abandoned it. as a result of this i will delete from my computer. It's a shame that people can't enjoy a website without constant and extreme security measures, but i guess that is today's reality. That you KZ for maintaining the Kz family forum so that we owners can communicate freely.

At the suggestion of another owners forum member I went on the forum and removed my name and email address just to be safe. I had to change it to a bogus email address to get my real address removed. I don't know what happened but I really miss that forum! |

Same for me, it was the first "real" KZ forum and there was so much information there. I really miss it. Guess I'll do what you did, that sounds like a good idea on the name and email address.

I joined that forum site about two years ago. There were some issues then but I would notify admin and he would fix it. I actually help moderate another site with the same format. I offered to help him as well. He said he would just do it himself. Well, that didn't pan out. The other site I moderate is busy. I hope we all as members here can crank up the input and volume here as well. Create our own online family. So much great info and stories that way.
This format here seems to work fine. A little confusing especially on my phone to just see new posts, but works fine otherwise.
Hopefully, the host, and/or admin, moderators, can keep this site in great shape.
As a side note, could the Russians get your info? Yes, if they hack the site. Right now they just are using it for their own propaganda. But the only info they could get really is your email and IP address. Both of which many of your daily activities provide anyway. So I personally am not too concerned. Unless a new concern pops up that I am unaware of.

Is this different from the Family Forum? I am an owner but have never been in the Owner's Forum....guess it isn't the best time to look into it anyway. I enjoy browsing here though. Good ideas and info.

Is this different from the Family Forum? I am an owner but have never been in the Owner's Forum....guess it isn't the best time to look into it anyway. I enjoy browsing here though. Good ideas and info. Sure. It is just a different forum. Not much different. Maybe different headings. Different format. Different host. We can develop the same info and atmosphere here. Just takes participation from the members. |

this site is owned and administered by KZ. hopefully some one from KZ is monitoring it and forwarding all problems, suggestions, and helpful remarks to the executives at KZ. I for one would like to have members of KZ's staff interact with the members of the forum. Answer questions, solicit opinions, etc. Where else can they interact with over 1500 Kz product owners and get actual input from there consumers? Most manufacturer's pay good money to get 3rd parties to get this info for them! It would be nice for instance, to have someone from service address questions with knowledgable responses as well as owners. I really appreciate KZ maintaining this forum, but it could be even better with factory participation. JUST A THOUGHT.

I just tried to go there and was greeted by:
"Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected..."
So maybe they're trying to fix things(?).

I have tried to reach out to Todd several times with no luck , I even sent 2 emails to what used to be his wife's email with no luck... His last log in to the site was around Thanksgiving... I think something just went bad,... real bad.. Todd was not like that , I have met him and his family , and truly believe that if it was going down , he would have reached out to a few of us for help... or sent the notice out stating that he would be shut down in a certain time... It is a shame that we have come to this in our cyber age,,, |

Bummer. Yeah, I kept checking in about once a day since I posted without any change. I tried to remain hopeful, but had my doubts. |
