I just realized I just duplicated this thread 1.5 years later. Oops. See thread Sept. 14, 2016...

Looks good! What did you use to cut the wall with? They look like really clean cuts.

Very nice!!! We have a a 2014 261RKS, I love our floorplan and bathroom. I am not a fan of the new bath floorplan but it looks like you have done a very nice upgrade.

For cutting luan plywood, I use a utility knife with a fresh blade in it. It may take a few passes, but it makes a nice clean and accurate cut. I put green painters where I want to cut and mark the cuts with a pen. I've done this for round holes too, but a hole saw works faster. Looks good! What did you use to cut the wall with? Very nice job--I would be willing to bet that you have woodworking experience. It looks like it came from the factory that way.

Thanks! When I do any mod., I want it to look like it was done at the factory. Have been renovating and building houses in my "spare" (haha) time as a hobby for years (I like the Arts and Crafts style of 100+ years ago). Am a P.Eng. by training but would rather work with my hands any day. The more difficult and challenging a mod is, the more fun it is. DW panics when she goes in the TT and finds tools spread about and something apart... I have done a few other interesting mods and have a few more in the works and will post pics at some point.
