l am thinking of putting an electric tongue on my Spree Escape 196s. Is there a significant difference between the ACME thread design and the ball screw design electric 3500 pound lift tongue jacks?

Settled on a Barker 3500 VIP with an acme screw. I just could not justify the price difference for a ball screw. I read on some web sites that manufacture these screws that the ball screw is used mainly for positioning accuracy as opposed to just vertical support.
