Mounted the TV in the 196s Spree couple weeks ago and it when great. Easy to do, got lucky and the foam from the TV box fits perfect between top of window ledge and TV thinking might just save the foam and leave it in place while I travel. Anyone have some input on that?

Use a magnet to locate the metal plate on the wall just underneath the antenna jacks. It is about five inches wide and extends down from the ceiling.

21 inch with a swivel mount that locks into position for traveling. Just be very careful when driiling so that you do not drill into the exterior wall.

Did you use self tapping strews. Like tapcons? Or amt type of anchor system?

I did use self tapping #14 screws. I believe they were 1" or 3/4" in length. TV has built in dvd player.

Sorry, for delay on response. I bought a 21" TV, mounted right of door as you walk it. I used self tapping sheet metal screws. I used 1" but bought washers in case. I pre-drilled, and think I used #12s or #14s. I also used the old magnet trick. The plate in the wall was larger than I expected.

Used foam from tv box slightly modified around tv for travel and a soft bungee cord with foam top and bottom of tv to stop it from rubbing the screen. Wrap bungee around tv up and down than hooked it ends to the swivel mount. Drove from home to Hershey Park about 2hr and 45 mins both ways and it seemed to work great. When we got to Hershey and I did not have to pick the tv up off of the bed, I figured I was good.
