R they 921's of about 16.8 watts? Thanks

Have since replaced all of the with: www.amazon.com/dp/B00EKN8FXC/ref=pe_385040_121528360_TE_dp_1 The LEDs draw 1.2 watts Vs about 17 for the 921's.
