I have left 2 phone messages, filled out 2 online contact requests and sent an email. This has been in a period of over a week. Still no response from KZ. Do they ever respond?

I also filled in an online request and never heard a thing. I think the new owners aren't interested in us.

i filled out an email form and a got a response back that day. however, since my response the second time and a follow up response i have heard nothing back from them..... I'm fairly disappointed in that.

If they don't care about us, they ought to remove the contact information from the web site.
