Finally had my 1st significant problem on my 2012 38fl. Left rear jack is frozen up and won't move up or down. Luckily, it was in the raised position. All it does when you try to activate it is make a clattering noise. I called reico Titan customer service and nice lady told me to remove rubber plug in top of jack and use a 3/8 inch socket and drive handle to try to manually activate the jack. It wouldn't move! It seems a new jack (less motor) is the only fix. Incidentally, reico Titan has sold this system, (level up) to Lippert Components, which is now the only source of parts. Called my kz dealer that sold the unit to me and they ordered the jack from kz. They had it in stock. It will be waiting for me at the dealership when we get home from a trip in northeast texas. We've been up here a week on three jacks and the unit is still fairly stable. I also use x chocks between wheels. Those of you that have the reico Titan jacks need to periodically check the set screws that hold the motor to the jack. They get loose and will come out. I have had to replace a couple of the set screws already. There are 3 on each jack. Make sure they are tight. I really like this system, even though it isn't automatic. The degree of control it gives is excellent. I used it earlier this year to lift all 4 wheels of the ground to grease the wheel bearings. 2 years and over 12k miles and this is 1st significant issue on this unit. Says a lot for the quality of KZ. I hope they keep this level of quality under new ownership.

We have a2012 Stoneridge with the leveling jacks and really love them. Used in combination with the JT strong-arms the 5er sits rock solid. Our dealer had showed us how to manually raise and lower the jacks when we purchased the 5er but I am glad you posted about the set screws for the motor. I never checked them before but they will be checked this week. I added that to my PM check list.

New here but thought I would add to this.
I had my left rear stabilizer quit. I have the same system discussed here. It was under warranty as well. the entire piece was replaced.
Here is what you need to do though. Have them reset the auto leveling calibration. My RV place didn't and I had to do it myself.

I thought this system looked like a cheap crappy set up when we bought this. After using it I'm extremely happy with it. I did break off two of the red pads the first year. But I too use it to change tires etc. I have a level bubble front and back and one right above the control box. I just walk around and level. Haven't had any problems with it but will check those set screw. Too bad it sold to lippert. For sure to be screwed up now.

Mine came with just the remote. I have to run the jacks down manually. Well not really. Just push each button. Im guessing my trailer was built right at the changeover time. The dealer even listed it with auto. It was a mistake on their part.
