I am wondering if someone has added a vent fan in the bathroom and can confirm if it would help with drawing out the humidity? I am considering adding one in the shower area as my dealer has told me to put it there instead of over the stove. (easier to get power from the light) On the days it is not too hot it would be nice maybe to not run the a/c and just use a vent fan if this works. Thanks.

If your going to do that I would suggest you use a Fantastic Fan. They work great and if you use it at night, just open a window up front and it will pull nice cool air through the camper. That was the first thing I added to ours and it works great. And yes, it will pull out the humidity from showering ect.
Many nights we don't even run our ac.
