I have a 2013 Venture Sport Trek with a Jensen Omni- Directional TV Antenna. And all I have to say about this antenna is they should have lefted it in the box! What a useless antenna. Its works in the bigger cities, but out camping in the real world it will not pick up anything. I had to buy some rabbit ears just to watch tv when its raining outside. I was wondering if there is easy way to put a different antenna on in its place. Our other camper had the batwing antenna and didn't have any problems. And I was wondering if anybody else has the same problem? I believe either Jensen or Venture (KZ-RV) should have a recall on this antenna, because they do not work. Every thing else about the Venture Travel Trailer works great, I would tell anybody about how good they are.

We picked up our E196s yesterday and tried out the antenna last night. I can't agree with you more. I made an antenna out of a coat hangers and a piece of board a couple of months ago for our son, and we pick up a lot more stations with it than we do in the trailer. Google home made digital antennas and give it a try. Here's a link to the one I made. makezine.com/projects/digital-tv-coat-hanger-antenna/
