Hi all, We have 2014 Spree Escape and the other day I noticed that the floor in the storage compartment up front was wet. I've checked the water lines, and made sure the fridge drain line was vented properly. The doors seem to have a tight seal as well. Just can't figure out where water could be coming from. Any suggestions?
I'm hoping maybe someone else had this problem, and can point me in the right direction. I don't want water damage on a brand new rig.
Thanks for any help on this.

On mine, I found that most of the compartment door screws were either stripped or missed their mark. Dry everything and then spray water around the door edges with a garden hose. What plumbing is in or above the area? Is there a black tank flusher installed near the wet area?

The hot water tank is under there, but I've checked that all out and everything is dry as a bone. Both compartment doors seem nice and tight. I sprayed water all around them, and nothing. Very strange !
I may wind up taking it over to my dealer to see if they have any ideas.

We have a sportsmen classic (RB14). I had a leak at the place where the hose attaches to the trailer. What I discovered is that even though "they" used poly(?) pipe on 99% of the trailer crimped properly, for some reason they used a clear hose to go from the storage tank, to the pump / hose input / and consequently to the "T" at the rear of my hot water tank. The clear hose SAID it was 1/2 inch inside diameter, but it was more like 5/8ths inside diameter and even when it was clamped it would leak steadily.
I replaced all of the clear hose with true 1/2 inch inside diameter high pressure hose and clamped properly. No more leaks!
