I have an issue with one component of the 7" control panel. The slide buttons in and out respond erratically and it sounds like it's trying to move it either way. You can hear the clicking the module in the basement. However, it has no issue in or out and responds instantly using the app on my phone. All other functions on the pad work as they should. Can I assume it's the pad itself that is defective? Twice now in four years I've had issue with the awning not responding too.
