Does anyone have information on how to manually operate the slide out in a 261 RBI KZ 2021 connect. The name of the slide out is NXG.BAL When we try to open it, it made Grounding noise and seems one slide is operating slower. It will only open one foot before it stops. Thanks!

On the door side of the trailer frame, about 2.5 ft ahead of the forward wheel, find the nut poking out of the frame.

Your manual should give instructions for emergency operation.

I'm assuming you are looking for how to retract the slide so you can take the trailer in to have it repaired. As others have said, the procedures are in the manual. If you try to continue extending it after the motor stops, you may not be able to retract it again, even with the manual operation. There is obviously a mechanical failure some place.

I have a Venture Stratus (Venture is owned by KZ) and there is a manual crank to move the slide in. It is located on the opposite side of the rig look under the frame in-line with the slide rail. You will see a rod with a 3/4 (I think) nut on the end. That is the manual crank, my dealer told me you will be ratcheting a while if you don't have a drill www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwVuPkJ_epojoerone 2023 Venture Stratus SR281VBH 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 AT4
