Just an FYI. I have a 2023 Sportsmen Connect SE, brand spanking new. AND thought I had checked all the things that could be missed by Quality control ..well... 2 months into the summer, after a 1 week trip, we discovered water leaking at the water inlet to the hot water heater. Got the service guy to have a look - bad o ring. 10 feet of the floor is all bumpy, now its got to go in for replacement. ARRGH!

Hate to say, but you will want to get ready for the next 2 or 3 or more water leaks that will be coming your way. KZ and other RV mfgs are using flexible poly tubing on PEX fittings with PEX clamps. This is not the correct way to plumb these connections, with many resulting in water leaks for owners. I was lucky to discover this exact leak at my water heater before any major damage was done: Looking around the trailer, I also have the same issue under the bath sink, at the toilet inlet, several around the water pump, at the fresh water inlet, and likely some in the belly that I have yet to find (as there is poly tubing headed from the coach into the belly in several spots). What a mess! More info on this issue - www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPQ_aTOW5xw . Jacob has 3 other videos on how to fix these timebomb connections. I am going to be replumbing with PEX where I can, and Flair-it's where I need a screw on connection.
