I bought a used 265RKT. (2018). The AC was working fine when I was using it at work on pipeline project. then when we went on vacation the AC would start blowing warm air after 1/2 hour to 2 hours. I would shut it off for 1/2 hour and it would repeat. Took to the dealer and after a week told there is nothing wrong with the AC and the freeze up sensor can not be checked unless it happens. I looked up on internet and it can be checked using multi meter, remove the sensor and dip in ice water in glass if the multimeter reads then it if not then it is defective. The dealer service manager does not know how to fix an easy check. I went to pick up the trailer and the assistant manager, checked the AC with me. He discovered it has a 11,000 btu AC in the back and the second AC was removed by previous owner for some reason and replaced with fantastic vent fan. He rewrote the work order to replace the AC with 15,000 btu AC under warranty.
Proves it is not the dealer but the persons in positions they should not be in to make decisions that are not in customers interest. I was very close to never going back to the dealer ever and recommending to anyone looking for an RV not to go there.
I might still do this as the service manager has been there for years and does not check or have qualified techs work on the units in for service or warranty work.

The dealer installed a new 15k BTU 2 stage efficient under warranty, it has a lower profile but is wider. I guess we will see how it works. The shop foreman told me they work way better the the conventional ac and it will cool the trailer a lot better then the regular AC manufacturers put in, it is a option for that ac on high end RVs.

I'll bite what brand 2 stage the install? I'll bet it was a Coleman Mach 15 and it's not two stage, two fan speeds. Mach 15
