My God we have a 2023 kz connect and haven't had it now for a total of 3 months. Recliners 1st time out came off wall and we took it to optimum rv in pennsylvania. They reattached the recliners but tore the flooring. They did a horrible patch job. The toilet leaked so they put a new one in. Guess what new toilet leaked. Too many problems to list. We're paying on a travel trailer that we can't use I may contact a lawyer because it's getting ridiculous. We have two different warranties on this unit but the second one isn't available until kz warranty runs out. Never taking my trailer again to optimum rv. The workmanship is horrible. I'm running out of options so my last resort will be to sue kz. Stressed out

Yep, I have a full page list of defects with our trailer. They are all basically crap. I just fix it all myself.

I did the same. Working on RVs back in the 80s, not much has changed other than the technology. I fixed all my issues myself. I didnt want some Dealer doing a half a$$ job on the repair, only to have it come back again. I know how i fixed it. So I'm satisfied with the repairs. I like our 241RLK, but the Quality Control on theses trailers is hugely lacking. So my question to KZ is this, "How much does it cost to have a QC inspector inspect theses trailers verses spending all the monies on warranty work?"
