380FLF Awning not lights are working.
The switch wires inside the kitchen cabinet are attached and 2A fuse is good but changed it just in case.
I started back tracing the wires. I cut the wires to test voltage from the wire to the wire from the wall to the lights - No voltage.
I cut the wire coming from the wall to the light's wire that runs down inside the awning fabric. No voltage from the wall side.
I'm stumped.
Any suggestions?
Al

Is there voltage at the fuse? Where are you placing the negative probe on the multi-meter? Check your multi-meter to make sure it doesn't have a bad lead (I've seen that before).

Good evening. I thought I had responded yesterday, but guess I didn't.
I did check the fuse and its not blown
When I turn the switch on the switch's light illuminates. But, still no power outside.
I do want to take the 3 wires off the back of the switch but they on there tight. Don't want to break anything. I'll get them off and check the wires.
Question, think about the switch, is it possible the switch could be bad and still light up when turned on?
Thanks, Al

If there are three wires coming off the switch, is it a three-way switch? Are those lights controlled at another location?
You can take a straight pin and stick it in a wire, and use it to check for voltage, so you don't have to cut wires.
