I have a 2021 D333RLT I bought new. For as long as I can remember the OTA TV hasn't worked well, it would come in well sometimes but other times totally unusable. This year I started looking into it more. I assumed there was a loose coax somewhere. I've looked everywhere in this thing for the main splitter. Behind all the faceplates in the living room, the bedroom, inside the entertainment system enclosure, behind the basement wall...I can't find it. I've narrowed it down to being somewhere towards the kitchen/living room but who knows. I called KZ for a schematic but they don't have any.
Onto the strange part. We have figured out that the only time it comes in clearly is when the bathroom and bedroom lights are on. Or the lights can be off and if I have my cell phone charging via the USB outlet in the bedroom, it works fine. If I unplug my phone, it instantly cuts out.
I've checked the power connections at the booster, they seem fine. Every connection I've got my hands on is tight. Every search I've turned up says the opposite symptom...when the lights are on, it causes poor picture.
I have a multimeter here but I'm no electrical engineer.
