On my 2014 Durango 1500 Model 295, found out some kind of bolt(or screw) that rotates the black bar from the facility side of trailer where the jack motor is had broken off. 1. With no bolt in place, the black bar going across the trailer that moves the other jack up or down was not rotating. 2. I put a machine bolt&nut through the black bar and motor side cam (i guess is what it is called). 3. With the bar moving again, both jacks are moving again. 4. Sad not allowed to add jpeg image less than 1MB.
Now I will have to get both jacks level. Does anyone know if a special kind of bolt should be used?

That sounds like a location where a special shear bolt might be used to prevent damage to the system. I would contact the manufacture to confirm.

Thank you rvcouple I have a snowblower that uses shear bolts and I never would have thought of them on my camper. Good thinking.

Seems like Atwood landing gear was bought up by Lippert and I asked them for support. So far all I got was a survey on how they did with thier support which is so far I got no support. Sad! **Update** Still no help from Lippert and KZ will not help either.
