We are KZ owners, 261RB. Looking to help our grandson purchase a KZ 241RLK. The problem is half of the a/c vents are not blowing any air. The present owner never noticed. The air is cold and working ok in the main vent. I might add the owner had a new roof put on last year. The owner stated it is a common problem, I cannot find any information to confirm this. Hope we can solve this so he can purchase it. Any comments are appreciated.

Remove the ceiling vent where no air is coming out and see if the foam duct is collapsed against the vent.
In my 241RLK had to place a Styrofoam spacer in my duct and cut off about 1/2" off the top of the vent.
It's been a while but I think I put a 1-1 1/2" spacer in there.
