My interior speakers for the sound bar work fine for TV or Radio or Bluetooth. The outdoor speakers worked before but don't now. I can put it on ZONE1 indoor work. Zone1 and Zone2 only indoor work. And only ZONE2 and outdoor do not work. Oddly both left and right outdoor speakers failed. We didn't use them that often but neither left nor right work.
Any ideas on why both would fail at the same time?
Any ideas on how to open speakers to check external connections, do I need to break the silicone seal?
I'm looking to try less invasive actions before cutting the silicone and taking speakers out.
It's a 2020 CONNECT RB261
Thanks all.... Chris

If that happened to me, I'd check behind the stereo head unit first. Pull it out and see what you can see. Maybe if you have a spare speaker from somewhere, you can try to connect it the the bank 2 speaker outputs directly to the back of the head unit to narrow down whether it is the wiring or the head unit. Seems odd that they'd both go at the same time. Good luck

In my 241RLK the interior speakers work just fine. BUT, the exterior speakers are itty bitty. Don't let the size you see fool you. The actual speaker size is about 3". The sound quality between the interior and exterior is night and day. Speakers are the same 4 ohms, but the power and size are different. I'm going to replace the exteriors with different mounts and a 5.5" marine speaker from Amazon.

I will be curious as to what you buy and how much work it is due to larger size, e.g. drilling bigger holes? If I can't get them working, it's probably easier to get some good Bluetooth speakers and then I can use the speakers with the RV and at home.... Not sure what level of good I want to spend though... first I would like to do a FREE FIX If not since we aren't looking to annoy neighbors when in the campgrounds, or wake the dead when on our own property, something simple like this for $65 is probably a painless solution for me amzn.to/4aRTtii

Chris - same for our 2021 261RB. It's almost impossible to enjoy both zones at once because in order to hear the outdoor speakers, you have to crank the volume to the point it's too loud inside (coming from a guy who used to crank Van Halen in a '67 Mustang - LOL). I'm curious how jayhawk500's replacements work.
