2024 durango 333 rlt. Went on first trip with our brand new camper this weekend and our main a/c does not work, blows hot air, and compressor does not come on. Our stove has electrical outlets on both sides one is ground fault one is not but neither one has power, they do not work, and all breakers are operating properly. cannot reset ground fault at all.

Not sure about your AC, but as for the GFI plugs, check for resets on your bathroom GFI. Also in my 321RKT I had one in my outdoor kitchen. Once I reset them all the other plugs worked that never had power in mine. May be a simple solution if you never tried already. Happened multiple times on mine. Whenever something didn't work sure enough it needed to be reset in the bathroom or outside.

Thank you for the reply I did reset bathroom as well as breakers in storage pass through on ceiling and still no power to the two outlets in kitchen slide. I am waiting on the dealer to send me wiring diagram so I can back trace the wires. Dealer I bought it from in Indiana is Ski's Rv and they are absolutely an awesome very helpful dealership that truly cares and stands behind the product they sell but out here in upstate NY it is a different story. Because I didn't buy here, dealers don't even want to look at it until mid July and would truly prefer I go some where else. They don't even consider my last rv was a 2020 and now I have a 2024 and I know this won't be my last one so it's bad business around here because the shit service will have me going somewhere else to buy my next one. Probably back to Indiana where my experience has truly been great. I will find the loose/disconnected wires. Determined. Thanks for the reply!

No schematics but I did start removing fireplace and all panels at the bottom of cabinets and the stove drawer. I started behind fireplace with all power on and tested my electric current to every wire. Power all good until I got to the cabinet to the right of stove there is where I found a dead wire. That was the wire going to outlet on left side of stove.I shut power off took gfci outlet out of wall and turned power on but shut fridge breaker off but gfi breakers on. No power I traced and traced and couldn't find a bad connection so I went and turned fridge breaker and fridge on and retested all wires guess what?? That gfci next to stove is fed from the fridge breaker not the gfi breaker figure that one out! I now found that I do indeed have power going into gfci outlet but not out therefore it is not sending power to other side of stove outlet. Bad gfci outlet 3+ hours later.

It seems to me that the manufacturer should include a diagram of all things such as electricity, plumbing, and other wiring in their owners manual. You have already found out that the owners manual is short of a joke… A bad joke
